It was decent for what I paid, quiet, clean, pet friendly and close enough to everything, makes up for what it lacks.
Pros:

Only 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Cons:

It is no longer a Motel 6, the property has been changed to new owners. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean but very worn. Booking.com should be aware of this change we drove around trying to find this place, there was no indication at first of where it was because there was a pizza place in front of it and no sign.

Decent on a budget but wouldn’t likely recommend to friends.

I liked the set up of the room with a sink.

Cons:

I had to unplug a lamp and the fridge to plug in the microwave.
They were lots of areas that needed work, paint chipped in lots of areas.
The lounge chair had some stains.
I could hear the neighbours in the room next door and they were loud.
The exterior had no sign.
