Bathrooms aren’t as clean as anticipated
The service was excellent. We arrived around 22:30 and needed to be at a wedding at 2:00 pm. Christina was at the desk and said to wait while she checked with the cleaning supervisor. She found us a room and we changed for the wedding. Everything worked out great thanks to her and the cleaning supervisor.
I come to sleep, and I was satisfyed with the sleep. It was comfortable, and enough space in the area. The shower room was solid, though I would love a bath as my current house doesn't have one. The tv was good, not the best nor I didn't really use it much, but I like how you can change the settings incase you don't want to use cable which is pretty awesome. A solid place to be at.
The parking was a bit annoying, as I was unable to purchase plane tickets as the plan was a bit late so I had to drive there. And it was a bit minimum with the parking spaces. And the fridge in my room was a bit weak, as they couldn't cold my food that well so that kinda sucks.
The room was moldy and tiny, the noise was loud, and when we tried to shorten our stay they charged us full price, more than anything else in the area, to escape. Terrible policy and response to the mold problem.

Breakfast was good everyday. My room was at the end of the hallway,so was quiet. I could enter and leave thru the back door, which was very close to my room.
I stayed 5 nights instead of 6. I was not refunded any money for the night I didn't stay. I was going to be charged a fee for parking a car,even though I told staff at check-in I didn't have a car. I didn't get an itemized receipt for what I was charged at check out.

Maziar was more than accommodating, he let me know about the time changes for breakfast and the pool. He also engaged in a sports conversation after finding out my kids were here for a soccer tournament. Everything has been amazing.
Maziar gave us the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Denied us from checking in because my name was not on the initial reservation, even though it was made 10 minutes prior and confirmed that we would be the ones staying there. We prepaid and he insisted on double charging us to let us check in, and consistently ignored anything I was asking him. Received a room with a shower that didn’t even stay up. Downloaded TripAdvisor just to leave this comment. Would recommend not staying at this place so you don’t have to interact with Maziar.
