Perfekte Lage , sehr zentral - für einen Kurzbesuch optimal !
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage ! Man konnte alles zu Fuß gut erreichen . Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut !

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und der WLAN Empfang nicht so gut . Außerdem könnte das Bad mal wieder saniert werden . Die Badewanne als Dusche ist nichts für ältere , immobile Personen .

Pros:

it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed

Cons:

the hotel is rated 3 stars, but definitely this is fraud, because the hotel has no elevator and its a 4-story building. and i am 78 years old and they expected that i can climb the stairs 4 stories. additionally, in the pictures on booking.com the rooms are spacious and beautiful. the actual room is a desaster.

Lovely staff were very helpful. 4th floor with no lift & a heavy bag was not good.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly & helpful & it was just a quick walk to Altstat. Breakfast was good and they offered other than the buffet for no extra.

Cons:

Cleaners did not enter my room once in my 4 days stay. They asked if I wanted water, etc & i said no, so noone entered the room. I did say once that the towel needed changing (I left it on the floor), but it was still there when I returned that night.
When I got there I found I was on the 4th floor with no lift.
I had to keep the window open as the heat rose & kept my room too warm if the window was left closed.

Das ist keine gute Werbung und ich war das letzte Mal da.

Das Personal!!! Die junge Dame am Empfang war top und die Dame im Frühstücksraum ebenso

Cons:

Wie waren zu zweit für 2 Zimmer angemeldet. Eine hatte im EG ein schönes Zimmer, die andere musste zur 3. Etage. Kenn ich so nicht, die meisten versuchen näher zu legen, aber ok - doch das Zimmer in 3. Etage war eine Katastrophe… es gab ein TV, doch das funktionierte nicht! Dann habe ich geduscht und als ich raustrat bin ich fast weggerutscht, da die Matte genauso nass war wie der Badezimmerboden und aufgrund einer sehr intelligenten Idee, das Gefälle nach außen zu planen… war auch schon einiges an Wasser auf dem Zimmerteppichboden. Ich hab sofort versucht zu retten, was ging, Badetuch ausgelegt auf Boden und auch aufgewischt im Bad (es war ja schon 23.45 Uhr). Nächster Morgen - noch niemand am Empfang. Abends hab ich das dann der jungen Dame gesagt und sie ist zwar sofort mit nach oben und es war ihr alles sehr unangenehm, aber sie konnte nicht viel machen. Wollte es aber dem Chef weitergeben. Sie tat mir leid und ich hatte eh nur noch die eine Nacht vor mir. Aber auch da konnte ich das TV nicht nutzen, da sie das Gerät auch nicht eingestellt bekam.
Ich hätte mich gefreut zumindest eine ganz kleine Geste, wie ein Getränk oder einen kleinen Gutschein oder aber wenigstens eine nette Entschuldigung (email) vom Inhaber nach der Abreise zu erhalten. Nichts! Morgens bekamen wir bei der Abreise noch mit, dass ein anderer Gast nachts nicht mehr ins Hotel kam trotz Chipkarte außen. Er ist dann letztlich einige Kilometer nach Hause… das wäre bei mir gar nicht so möglich gewesen - nicht auszudenken!!!

Pros:

Die Lage war super, wenige Meter zur Straßenbahn oder U-Bahn. Beim Frühstück war auch alles da, was das Herz begehrt, von Süss bis Herzhaft.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das einzige war, dass wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten, und das Fenster in der Nacht nicht offen lassen konnten, wegen Straßenlärm.
Ansonsten aber alles in Ordnung, u. jederzeit wieder.

Comfortable and pleasant for two nights stay.
Pros:

Good location and parking. Close to the beautiful Hofgarten and easy walk to Aldstadt and Königsallee. Breakfast had a decent choice. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was also very kind. They give free transport tickets to use for the duration of your stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Excellent shower, very powerful and hot.

Cons:

We had room 14 and although it was a twin room, it was long and narrow. The two beds were in a line along one wall. Our kids, who stayed at home, laughed at us and said it was like dormitory when I sent them a video of the room. My husband and I were also amused at the set up, it was not what we were expecting for 137€ a night. We did see much nicer rooms when the cleaners had the door open to adjacent rooms.

Trotz vorgeschrittenen alter des Hauses alles okay. Bad ist modernisierte worden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Der "Latte" wurde frisch zubereitet, auch Rühreier wurden extra zubereitet. Alles völlig ausreichend und vorhanden.
