Gutes, zentral gelegenes Haus, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Entgegen anderslautenden Äußerungen fanden wir ein sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal vor. Am Zimmer mit Balkon und der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen! Sehr gute Matratzen. Das Frühstück war gut, alles was man wollte war vorhanden, frisch und appetitlich.
Parkmöglichkeiten 2 min entfernt im Parkhaus.

Cons:

In diesem Haus gibt es leider keinen Fahrstuhl, somit für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zu empfehlen.
Mir persönlich hat ein Haltegriff an der Duschwanne gefehlt zum sicheren Aussteigen aus der Dusche.

Dichtbij Rijn en Musea
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime kamer, eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt, verblijf voor de juiste prijs. Dichtbij het Kunstpallas, de reden van ons ver verblijf in Dusseldorf.

Cons:

Er bleek geen lift te zijn, niet op gelet bij de boeking en wij hadden een kamer op de 3e verdieping. normaal geen probleem maar juist wat last van de knie.

Cons:

No dia em que fiz o check in , o quarto estava infestado de formigas , sobre a mesa , máquina de café , chão , etc . Graças a essa situação tive de abandonar o hotel pois não me sentia segura em dormir num espaço que não cumpre as normas de segurança e higiene regulamentadas. Agradeço que essa situação seja revista e procedam ao reembolso do montante cobrado

Tout était top. Très propre, personnel adorable, un arrangement a été fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner avant l‘heure officielle. Je recommande.

Over het algemeen goed.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima, bedden goed.

Cons:

Het koffieapparaat. De klep om koffie in te doen zat muurvast, als we eindelijk de koffie erin kregen, kwamen er een paar druppels koffie.
Ander koffieapparaat gekregen, zelfde euvel. Hier hebben we een keer een kopje koffie uit gekregen.
Klep was niet open of dicht te krijgen bij beide apparaten.

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte, aber in die Jahre gekommen und zu teuer
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zwar durch alle, von der Rezeption übers Housekeeping bis zur Küche. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl, Rühr- und Spiegelei wurden frisch zubereitet. Wasser gab es kostenlos, so viel man wollte. Die Betten waren gut. Großes Bad.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist doch schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Beistellbett, eine Ausziehcouch, ist schon beim Anschauen zusammengebrochen. Hier und da splitterte das Holz an den Möbeln ab. Das Bad müffelte. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Und es wird mit einer U-Bahn-Station geworben, die dauerhaft geschlossen ist. Egal wohin man wollte, man musste erstmal laufen. Dafür ist der Preis einfach zu hoch.
