Na Balam Hotel

Chambre très basic. Il faudra investir dans petits machines cafe. Le lit était tellement dur. Le jacuzzi tellement chaud impossible de l'utiliser. On a eu un incident, aussi 2 autres clients ont eu le même problème et le manager Federico n'a pas été capable de résoudre le problème qui était critique cet après-midi, finalement on a reçu l'aide de Diego de l'équipe de front office qui a été capable de nous aider et de donner solution le jour après. A notre avis le manager Federico manque de l'expérience, empathie et gentillesse pour résoudre de problèmes critiques.

La musique à fond du beach club d'à côté. La plage n'est pas une discothèque.
Le bruit la nuit mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien

Personale stjal fra vores værelse. Den bedste kompensation de kunne komme op med var en voucher der skulle bruges indenfor 1 år på deres søster hotel på den anden side af vejen.

1. Man gider ikke besøge deres søster hotel, som bruger samme personale der stjæler?
2. Man kommer ikke lige tilbage til Mexico indenfor 1 år når man bor i Danmark.

Hotel Manager var til ingen hjælp overhovedet i processen og nærmest anklagede de 4 familier som var berørt af tyveri for at lyve.
Reception manager var derimod en kæmpe hjælp og virkelig venlig i processen.
Politiet blev indblandet men en virkelig amatør måde at håndtere det på fra hotellet side.

le manque d’entretien

Alloggio veramente pessimo, camera al 2 piano buia, maleodorante, scarsamente arredata e con mobili vecchissimi, atmosfera lugubre, bagno orribilmente sporco , rubinetteria malfunzionante , vecchia, asciugamani non puliti . Ma il punto " forte " (non c'è limite al peggio...) è il tetto di paglia , altissimo, da cui passava ogni genere di disturbo : dai rumori di strada , ai versi degli uccelli ( inquietanti, per tutta la notte) . A un certo punto della notte, si è sentito fortissimo il rumore contunuato di un geko ( o più) in camera , ho avuto una paura terribile! E anche fuori, sul pianerottolo, ne abbiamo trovato uno smembrato a metà, forse il pasto di un uccello? Siamo stati fortunatamente solo 2 notti, di più non avrei resistito . Mai trovata una camera così poco confortevole e inquietante.
La colazione , veramente pessima e povera , è passata in secondo piano rispetto al disagio che ho provato in camera .
Lettini sulla spiaggia con materassini vecchi e sporchi. Questo hotel dovrebbe chiudere , lì intorno ce ne sono altri molto più invitanti e decorosi . Ah , dimenticavo la piscina: se volete fare il bagno con gli escrementi degli uccelli.....
Il peggior hotel del viaggio in Messico e di tutta la mia vita ( e ne ho fatti, di viaggi!)

La colazione potrebbe essere piu varia. Una sola opzione dolce e soltanto uova come salato sono un po una limitazione.

1- sale - nous avons eu trois fois des crottes d'animaux dans notre lit et un oiseau dans la chambre alors que nous avions réservé la suite et avons payé une somme importante. Les animaux ont également déféqué sur plusieurs de nos habits
2- personnel peu aidant - quand nous avons demandé à avoir les draps de changés ou à changer de chambre suite aux crottes d'annimaux on nous a dit que l'hôtel était plein et on nous a demandé de changer nous même les draps
3- horaires peu fiables - un petit déjeuner qui doit démarrer à 7h et à 7h25 toujours personne, nous avons du partir pour une excursion sans pouvoir prendre de petit déjeuner
Honnêtement le rapport qualité prix est catastrophique

Le petit dejeuner mediocre granola, yaourt et pain pour 3 personnes et service tres tres long arrivé a 7h00 servi a 8h15
La literie a changer

The real issue with this hotel is their beach service offered through Oceanvs beach club. First of all, you book the hotel room under the impression this service is a given as included in the price, yet on the first day we arrived (pm) no bed or umbrella was available on the beach. We asked the Oceanvs staff and we were just left to ourselves with no assistance whatsoever. There are around 8-9 beds for a hotel that has 16 rooms available, so someone will be bound to be left out. During our stay, at least two times some guests had to ask the staff for a solution and a family was offered a table with an umbrella instead of a bed, far away from the sea. Another family had to wait for them to retrieve another bed from their storage. I admit we didn't push it on the first day, as it was already pm and we just walked along the beach, but definitely the staff lacked the customer service you would expect. We always found a bed on the next days simply because we adjusted our routine and went to the beach early in the morning and either left our stuff on the bed during lunch or just didn't return in the afternoon, otherwise we wouldn't have found a space.
Another issue is that the towels offered by the hotel were quite stained and not really clean on most days.
Finally, the breakfast was very good quality-wise, but exactly the same every day. Had we booked a 7 days holiday I'd have gone mad eating the same thing over and over again.

The hot tub is not I was expecting. It is the same temperature as the pool. You can ask for the staff to make it hotter and turn on the jets but it didn’t heat up fast enough. The kids liked playing in it. Yeah… just think no hot hub available
