Pros:

Staff was nice.

Cons:

The rooms wasn't clean. No elevators and we was on the second floor. The bed covers had stains. Pull back the covers and it was a black widow spider. We left immediately.

I would stay at this location again. It is a Red Roof not a Drury or Embassy Suites!
Pros:

Got what I paid for. Staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying luggage up the stairs.

Cons:

Units are dated, but clean. Plumbing could use some maintenance as sink and tub faucets were loose but functional. Door to bathroom needed replaced or patched. No elevator.

A/c leaked puddles, no coffee pot or any coffee available at all, no blow dryer, bathroom sink was clogged when we got there, toilet ran constantly and room smelled of mildew from A/C

The area staff was nice the building is a no the second floor period needs to be fixed thefloor is weak i give it another year wouldn't be surprised if the second floor caves in or worse the sheets were not cleaned hair in the bed and shower A/C was running a river on the floor had to put icebucket under it to catch the water never again don't stay here

Pros:

There was a roach in bed I took it down stairs to change rooms or get my money back he looked at me dumb in the face and gave me a new room the next morning worst than the first room no mirror in the bathroom rust around the tub the knob barley hanging on the towels lord I don’t know if they washed them or not but ain’t no way they want ppl to dry off or anything else with those things nothing like the pictures

El hotel está muy limpio y bonito pero no logré descansar ya que se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en el pasillo
