Pros:

Beds were comfortable and shower was hot

Cons:

Both of the upper floors smelled of roasted marshmallows (or burning wire insulation). Key card to the room took many tries to get it to work the first time and never worked again. Stood outside my room for 5 minutes swiping the key card before having to call my brother who was asleep inside to let me in the room.

It was ok for sleeping but that´s it
Pros:

The beds were at least comfortable. The room was clean and we had air condition.

Cons:

There was no elevator in the building. The breakfast room was too small for all guests, not enough table and chairs. The breakfats in general was not good, no really choice of food.

4 letti invece che 5 (prenotazione con 5 ospiti), quando l’abbiamo detto al receptionist la risposta è stata “non è un mio problema”. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra stanza.

They had coffee in the am appreciated that. Check in was ok, front desk seemed burnt out.
