Location had good amenities in proximity.
Facilities were filthy and the entire 3rd floor had urine odor.
Additionally our room smelled worse!
House keeping was nice.
There was no gluten free options for breakfast, only yogurt, the beds were hard, and you feel the springs, we left early gave plenty of notice and they won’t approve our refund, almost wouldn’t let us check in due to me paying in advance and not at the hotel so when they tried running the card a 2nd time which shouldn’t had been bc it was paid. Walls are paper thin, had to call the front desk bc of a fight in the other room and they wouldn’t come up. Thankfully the neighbor next door did, it was very loud outside, house keeping didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate.
No clean linens unless you went to front desk and requested.
•Bedbugs. •Electrical outlets in room didn't work. •Outlet in lamp didn't work. •Bathroom outlets worked, but were partially melted. •Wiring gerry-rigged with no electrical box. •Badly cracked bathroom mirror. •Tub surface severely damaged. •Disabled room had hall way stairs and no tub grab-bars.
Ease of location
Parking
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay ended very poorly.
The hotel itself was acceptable, and the location was convenient for my work. However, the customer service completely ruined the experience.
Toward the end of my stay, the housekeeping manager came to clean my room and immediately told me I needed to leave so she could clean. When I asked for a moment and requested a couple of small things regarding the room, she responded abruptly and dismissively. I reported the interaction to the front desk because I simply wanted to avoid another uncomfortable situation.
The following day, when I informed the same housekeeping manager that the front desk had approved my late checkout, she barely looked at me and responded very rudely. When I asked why she was speaking to me that way, she called me “a liar.” I have traveled extensively and have never had a hotel employee call me a liar.
I asked to speak with management about what had happened, but the manager never came to speak with me directly. Although the hotel refunded my stay, I was left having to find another hotel on short notice, creating unnecessary stress during my trip.
There were also several inconvenient policies during my stay, including having to request housekeeping a day in advance, being charged before check-in, and having to change room types instead of remaining in the same room.
The biggest disappointment was not the hotel itself, but the lack of professionalism and respect shown when I raised a legitimate concern. No guest should be called “a liar” by a hotel employee. I hope Wyndham reviews how situations like this are handled in the future.
There was nothing I liked about that hotel it was filthy dirty.
Dirty towels, moldy caulking in the bathrooms, filthy carpets. Stained towels. It's impossible to sleep in a dirty environment I will never book that hotel again.
Nothing
The fact they couldn't charge my debit card that they already charged, towards the $50 damage deposit
Nothing, not even customer service
Nothing customer service not good that all.
The room smells so bad
The hallway extremely dirty.
I ask front desk, could you please clean the room and one of the woman 👩 employee
Answer back with bad attitude
Is nothing we can do. Practically she said take it or leave it 🤣. So I cancel
It was a nightmare. Finally I went to La Quinta Hotel I am stayed there Exelente customer service and clean room . So I not happy with those 2 hotels Super 8, and Urban. Terribly.
Nothing really
Smells like cigarettes
The bathroom was reasonably clean, and the parking lot was spacious and convenient.
I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
Around one-third of the rooms appear to be located on the basement level. Our room was one of them. The window was at ground level facing directly onto the parking lot, with cars parked just a foot away. As a result, exhaust fumes entered the room whenever vehicles were running nearby.
Keeping the window open was not an option, but the air conditioner was extremely loud that sleeping with it on was difficult. We were essentially forced to choose between noise and a dark, poorly ventilated room.
The hotel also had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the common areas. The carpets looked dirty, and during our three-night stay the amount of litter and debris in the hallways actually increased rather than being cleaned up.
The breakfast was adequate, the mattress was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was acceptable. However, the bedding and bedspread had visible stains, which is something I do not expect from any hotel. The room description stated that every room includes a coffeemaker, but there was no coffeemaker in our room.
The most frustrating part is that the basement rooms are not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known that my window would face a parking lot at ground level with vehicles idling directly outside, I would have chosen a different property.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in recent years, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
The air conditioner was very loud and was squealing when we asked the desk clerk to see if they could get a maintenance man up there. She came to the room and she said oh all our air conditioner sound like that that’s just the way it is I said nobody could sleep at night without much noise going on. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said she could send her a message, but that was it. She was very young and very condescending and acted like it was too much of us to ask for a room with a working air conditioner that did not make noise. She also said that they were completely booked for the night, but that sure was funny because there was only about 10 cars parked in the parking lot all night long.
The maintenance man Zach was very nice. He replaced the noisy unit AC conditioner with a brand new unit. We were able to sleep that night without any of the noise from the first air conditioner. If it wasn’t for him this place probably wouldn’t be standing he was very kind and understood the importance of being comfortable in our own room.
Dirty lighting fixtures, desks and countertops. Chair with ripped back cushion. Bathtub did not drain when taking a shower. Room smelled gross.
It was really quiet!
The bathroom. It could have been bigger!
