It was dirty gross and front desk staff was rude

Went for breakfast and water was in the apple juice. I went to ask front desk. Lady was extremely rude told me go find the kitchen lady she’s down there around there somewhere. then that lady came down into the kitchen area where the guests eat and was agitated and irritated. I told her I’m sorry just there was no water. It’s supposed to be juice in there and the waffle iron was not cooking the waffles while they were crumbling and she said well, too bad this is all complementary. It doesn’t come with your room. She was extremely rude. She does not need to be working in hospitality. When we did talk to the lady from the kitchen, she was extremely polite and very apologetic and kind. Nothing like the Front Desk lady.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Price and staff were the only positives about the stay.

Cons:

The room and hotel itself was not clean. There was also an altercation between neighboring guests from 12am -2am.

Buen valor pero cansado
Pros:

Está bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto pero por la construcción de la calle y la ubicación de la entrada a la carretera tuve dificultades alcanzarlo.

Cons:

Se ve muy anticuado y había un olor de moho por los pasillos de planta baja (por la proximidad de la piscina)

Basic, but good.
Pros:

Good value for the money. Convenient location.

Cons:

Could not tell if the swimming pool was available for use, didn't ask. Breakfast was sparce, but effective. Coffee could be improved. Good waffles, no eggs or meat.
Room was basic. I would stay here again. Front desk lady was friendly.

Judging a book by its cover. The cover was messed up but it was an ok place.
Pros:

The staff was amazing . Helpful and patient, I lost my key card 2X. The bed was extraordinarily comfy and it was nice and quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It wasn't dirty, but the sink was missing the cold faucet handle, the floor boards were peeling up and the toilet was loose.

Pros:

They canceled my reservation due to I was in a cell phone dead zone when being called the day I was arriving. When I arrived my reservations were canceled. It cost me double for a room somewhere else due to no rooms available and I had to cut my visit short.

This was the WORST hotel we have EVER stayed at, and we will DEFINITELY NEVER stay there again!!

Staff charged our credit card again for this stay! So rude to us. Told us to call booking to figure it out! I spent hours on the phone trying to get Hotel and Booking to connect and figure out issue. Once again, charged our card $2K from our bank account! Filing claim with bank. Ugh

Pros:

Location to my work

Cons:

The staff were so rude about payment and charged us twice, once thru booking and then on our credit card. Now we have to file a claim against super 8 for wrongfully charging us. They acted like Booking.com wasn’t paying them!
