Pros:

The property was very run down, the hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. The fridge didn't work in our room. The bathtub kept having black sludge backup into it. The bed was sagging in the middle and the blankets had stains on them. The breakfast was fine, but there was no coffee.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty.

Pros:

Room was ok

Cons:

Parking was very sketchy, we were hesitating where to park our car because everywhere were some people camping..
Majority of the appliances at the breakfast was broken: toster, coffee machine and even machine for hot water, so it was even not possible to have a coffee or tea (no machine in the room neither) ! Breakfast was really bad quality.
Wifi wasn’t working neither.

Frustrating. Never got air working till my last night
Pros:

Breakfast was nice & OK

Cons:

Air conditioner not blowing cool air right. Tv controller not work correct. Got locked out of room on last day when I went to breakfast before I checked out (7am) & needed staff to reactivate

I am requesting a refund.
Pros:

Tried to change date, got charged for cancellation. Needed to change date again. No satisfactory answer as to whether they could change it or not. Went through Booking and through the motel directly both times. No one could help me.

Cons:

No one in authority was available to help change a reservation to another day. I got charged.

Barely adequate
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Location was close to airport/hwy.

Cons:

Maybe they are understaffed. Hallways/stairways needed a serious vacuuming. No daily maid service but not having bed made/room tidy/garbage emptied was not a big deal to me. Breakfast included is one of the reasons for me to select a lodging. This breakfast was a sad affair. No orange juice in the machine for all three days of stay. Apple juice was over concentrated. Coffee, hot water, secondary coffee machine all broken and I'm fairly certain they will stay that way. Building maintenance doesn't appear to be a priority. The place feels like it is on its last leg.

Rooms advertised no smoking. The room smelled like cigarettes. Hallways were nasty dirty. I’m sure people actually lived there.

Worst stay ever. I will never book this again
Pros:

Location, bed and mattress

Cons:

Room was very dirty and lot of dust on the floor, smelly, lot of open wires, torn carpet , bathroom had no proper lighting.

Cons:

I booked a non-smoking room and it still smelled heavily of smoke. When we went in, you could feel the humidity. The TV and microwave did not work. The sink was clogged and the sheets had random stains. On top of that, the sheets gave us a rash. When we called hotel staff to come take a look at the TV they said they would send someone, no one ever came. This was our second time booking this hotel, the first time was nowhere near this bad.

Would never stay again for the price I paid
Pros:

Cons:

Staff could not help with another blanket or towels. There were stains all over the floors in the room, other people’s razors left on the floor. The room had such a bad smell it was bad enough we took pictures when we first got into the room.

If it wasn’t for the housekeeping staff and Isabel I would never recommend this place.
Pros:

Isabel and her staff were wonderful the housekeeping staff was amazing.

Cons:

Zach and Serena were horrible they were rude and had no customer service . Zach creeped me out the way he would stalk my grandson. Serena wasn’t helpful at all she never knew anything I asked her. Also Zach the maintenance man cussed at me and got in my face when all he had to do was talk to me .
