Advertised a lower price and then you get there and it’s double the price and then they want another $100 deposit!

Pros:

Convenient to what I planned on doing, the staff was very accommodating since I had to leave one day early.

Cons:

Very few lighting options and very dim. The wobbly toilet and the ceramic top kept shifting every time I got up and down. my feet and socks were very dirty walking on floor( needed mopping) Very little for breakfast options.

The place always enjoy going been going there for like 9 months every month every other month and 3 to 5 to 7 days at a time well this time we got to Tennessee all of a sudden I know where they want a $100 room deposit that we was not told about had never been asked for before so we didn't get to do our trip and stay there we had to come back

Cons:

But I would say they charge $100 room deposit without telling you and was very rude when I tried to explain I've been staying there for months and never paid it was a different man than who it usually is

That we got there to have to pay an extra $40 what if we didn't have it after booking it online. The bedrooms were dirty 119 had garbage and the sheets has crustys. 118 the smell of the room was mix of pee and smoke. The bathroom in room 119 was dirty pubic hair on seat and in the shower. The smoke de was missing as well from ceiling and the light only worked near the light not by the bathroom. Breakfast the options were very slim. Stall cereal and a dry muffin or make waffles but the waffle machine even when sprayed it stuck so had to use the other one.

Cons:

This property seems to be under cosmetic construction. The rooms were not updated, the carpet was NASTY and stained. I reserved 2 rooms and the carpet was the same in both rooms, gross and stained. The beds were not comfortable at all, the pillows were not comfortable either. The cable channels in one room didn’t work and the other room was fine. The AC unit in the wall left the room humid and moist. Both rooms did not smell clean and there was patching over holes in several places in the room. There was even a nasty pimple patch left stuck to the shower wall! That’s not clean, that’s gross and unsanitary. The breakfast was sub-par and the black non-stick teflon came off on my son’s waffles!
I will not ever be back to this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

The place smelled like a delicious curry. Too bad the guests weren't served some. Luckily there was a nice breakfast, where guests could make their own waffles. Very friendly guy at the reception.

Cons:

Place is outdated, old and noisy. Lots of do it yourself repairs and a strange shower system visible. But what can you expect. This place is super cheap

Pros:

Great location and customer service waffle house next to it for convenience, lack of towels and cleaning but for the price you really can't expect much.Not to far from ruby falls and the lookout mountain.
