Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Initial room we were given had a strong stench of cigarette smoke despite being smoke free. The staff were quick to move us to a smoke/stench free room. I was surprised by how quiet the hotel was. No early morning hallway noise or grumbling of next rooms water pipes. Breakfast was better than expected.

Cons:

Room for improvement would be cleanliness. Windows were smudged/smeared greasy. Walls dirty. Carpets same.

Would certainly stay again and recommend to family and friends
Pros:

I would definitely stay again. We loved the room and all the amenities, and the acceptance of our pet.

Cons:

My parents weren't thrilled at the quality of the waffle maker. We were there with a bunch of youth sports teams, so we could hear the kids running, yelling and screaming easily; I guess that's to be expected during Victoria Day long weekend.

Soweit in Ordnung für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise, aber nicht mehr.

Cons:

Erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen, die die Fotos vermitteln.
Leider waren die Handtücher nicht ganz sauber.
Shampoo etc war leer

They say pets under 20 lbs allowed.... then once I was checking in was told that cats aren't allowed. Even after explaining why I had to make a last min reservation (emerg hospital admission for my mother) they were still holding fast. Eventually they let me stay with s promise to keep the cat in a cage granted this was one from dest agent that treated us this way. The other lady working there was nush more understanding and reasonsble. ..

Location is good. Staff are professional (not great, but adequate).

Cons:

Communication. Issues with coordination between property and booking.com. Details and info incomplete. 3 time staying. Every time have to make 3+ calls to get the folio emailed.
