For one night stay it was adequate
Pros:

Breakfast was poor
Tang for orange juice, no cooked eggs or protein
Just box cereal
Tims is across the street tho
Water very string tasting of chlorine and bottled water jug empties fast
Rooms are clean but carpets old and stained
Bathrooms have new tile but sinks old and chipped

Mostly Okay.
Pros:

I liked that the room was quite clean.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bathroom door didn't shut properly.
There was an old coffee pod left in the kurig.
No towels.
And the road noise from the big trucks was awful!
