FairBridge Inn Express Nyack

Everything was super. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The hotel is in a bad area, the whole place smelled like Marijuana, the bathroom wasnt even cleaned, we found a used bar of soap sitting on the shower curtain, the whole place looks alot more dingy in person then the pictures, and theirs not even an elevator

No elevator

The hotel is run down, breakfast was so iffy that the first day we made waffles and threw them both away...awful, 2nd day wasn't much there at all...went next door to Diner. Noisy from guests above, sounded like they were coming through ceiling. Rooms were very moist feeling...ac did not pull moisture out. Definitely more pricey than it should have been for quality of stay.

When we arrived my husband went in first to use the restroom being that we were driving for 8.5 hrs , he told owner we were checking in wife was on way in , the owner stated he couldn’t use the restroom in fact that there was no restroom available besides the ones in the actual rooms, by this time i walked in with my luggage as my husband was walking back out , i asked what happened i could clearly see my husband was in distress needing to use restroom, i went to desk and said omg all people aren’t dishonest then handed him my drivers license and he still didn’t allow my husband to use to restroom until he actually gave us the room key even though i gave him my license so he could check us in, shower pressure was terrible,breakfast was from 6-9 am they only had store bought breakfast sandwiches which were pork , a couple oranges, several muffins and cereal unfortunately everyone do not eat pork we actually checked out at 7:11am so we could actually go eat breakfast and be refreshed for our business meeting. lastly we booked a king size bed and the bed was more like a full size and refrigerator didn’t get cold but freezer did work.

Jay, told my attorney he was going to throw my stuff out and that he had it in writing when I was assaulted for no reason in front of this place. I had to deal with stolen wallet yet Jay again was not reasonable and deny me stay without a say. After I stayed there for almost a year (4-6 months loyal customer). Incredible some people don’t appreciate good things, at least shorty with red hair got inside her car safely before I cleared her before I was attacked and wallet, phone stolen.

El desayuno sin variedad. Todos los días fue el mismo menú; no habia huevos ni frutas (excepto manzana) incluido en él.

De locatie, voelde me niet veilig. Heel kleine kamer en badkamer, ontbijt heel miniem.

Parking

I found a roach in my room and the windows were very dirty. It wasn't appealing at all. The windows throughout the hotels were dirty too. Didn't feel like eating breakfast there so we headed out to the diner.

Smell of room, age of everything was very dated

No elevators,no air conditioning in common areas. Breakfast wasn’t breakfast,rather snacks . Inside the room air conditioning worked as a fan,but it was sticky humid inside.

High price for such a simple hotel, but that’s life since Covid.

The drain in the tub was very slow. Reported it to staff.
