Royal Dumpster On Fire.
Pros:

Complete dump. Wouldn't stay here if they paid me. Stinks. Staff cant speak English. Stained bed covers and shower curtains. Heater air smells like a wet dog soaked in urine. TV is standard def. Shower head is gross. Floors are insanely gross. Breakfast was two day old milk, stale cereal, the worst coffee ive had in 10 years, and the warm smell of mildew in the lobby.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Shoutout to the Management and Front Office Staff who were very Professional, Caring and Friendly throughout my stay. 100% for Customer Service.
Renovations is currently in progress at the moment which is good.
Always a nice place to stay within a Great location.
My room was clean properly. 100% for the Housekeeper who did my room.
Good Job
Will definitely be back for the New look.

Overall disgusting
Pros:

Very loud staff, dirty hallways with several mirrors just laying there, paper taped on the doors showing room numbers. The room was super humid and hot, stains all over the floor, gross spots on the sheets and blankets, spiders in the shower. Overall a horrible experience and I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here.

Cons:

The pictures shown were nothing like what the room looked like. The property definitely needs to be remodeled, there were windows with cardboard on them and the parking lot didn’t even feel safe. Just left after seeing the room and stayed somewhere else.

Nothing. Didn't stay there. Place is run down. Lady at check in could hardly speak English. It looks Nothing like the picture in the ad. Lobby was dark and you could hardly see anything in it.

Run down building. Lobby was dark and looked like a dungeon. Cereal in dispensers looked old.

Polite AND nice hotel
Pros:

The owner is super nice and helpful. Accommodated our Spirit pushback with graciousness. Hotel is very clean and closest one to airport. He arranged shuttle and the remodel is going very nicely. Large room, good internet, hot shower. Highly recommend!(coming from the hospitality industry as well).

Needs updated and deep cleaning. Walls were horrific, splattered fluid in bathroom and bed area. Smell was also not good at all and lingered. Smell of horrible air freshener to cover up smoke smell.

Cheap and decent. Nothing really bad to say.
Pros:

Easy to find. Room was cleaner than expected. Very comfy beds! Price was great for the experience.

Cons:

They were painting when we arrived so the whole place smelled heavily of spray paint and chemicals. The girl at the front desk was very very quiet. Other than that, no complaints.
