It was okay.
Pros:

Who is very close to Busch Gardens and McDonald’s there was a lot of store nearby but they’ve gone here several years back and it changed alot. Is there a continental breakfast coffee in the room that you brew in after the Covid that was taken away?

Cons:

They’re coming to request a single mom with two kids. I wanna be in the back lock. I want to be next to the office just in case something happen and they accommodated me.

It was okay
Pros:

Close to restaurants and Bush Gardens

Cons:

The pull out couch was horrendous and horrifying. It was stained and stained the mattress was stained and old food crumbs were everywhere. We had to buy a blow up mattress

Didn’t stay due to staff saying they were booked after a reservation was made
Cons:

Make reservations with booking.com the I received a call from the hotel that they were booked. So had to find a different hotel to stay at. So answer did not stay there. I did not cancel the hotel did.

A door from my room was so hard to opening i was hitting with my shoulder to opening it told I girl at the front desk and she dint care when I say that to her plus they a room have a lot of the cockroach 🪳 and the was everywhere is so bad I never come back again

Sprayed the room down with frebreeze as often as needed to get through the week.
Pros:

The location was great to where we were going. Price for the value was great.

Cons:

The sofa bed needs to be replaced! Very dirty and broken pipes everywhere, couldn’t sleep on it. No coffee pot in the room as advertised in the listing. Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Never seen any breakfast as advertised.

Avoid this location. Absolutely horrible location and facility.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Urine stained mattress, dirty sheets, holes in the ceiling/wall, rusty/chipped shower, and faulty shower head. Location did not feel safe. The owner obviously does NOT care about the effectiveness or cleanliness of this business.

Disappointing- smells like smoke.
Pros:

The location was perfect for colonial Williamsburg and the manager was extremely nice.

Cons:

It was old, wreaked of smoke and had unsavory characters lurking. We ended up getting a refund since the manager was very nice and compassionate.
