The AC was very cold

I order a King bed NO smoking room, and the room was filled with cigarette stench and burn marks on the comforter, so we demanded a room change and got 2 queen beds with a sofa bed couch, the room smelled good the b3dswere comfy but the sofa bed was broken (not that we planned on using it)
The place needed a bit of love and attention, walkways were dirty, laundry room needed to be cleaned and machines repaired, outside paint needed to be repainted.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there was a weird smell in our room, it wasn’t mold or anything but it just didn’t smell good.

That i arrived and my reservation were cancelled yet i was charged 224.93 for a room i never got to be in. My family had to book another hotel at 800pm at night for our vacation which was cut short and i was not refunded the 224.93. i never cancelled my room but was charged anyway. No refund which is unexceptionable.

That my reservation was paid for and when i arrived the room was cancelled so i had no room and my money was taken and i had yo be on the phone most of the night trying to find a place to stay for myself and my daughter and granddaughter who live in a different state so my visit was cut short with my family and i was charged for room i never got yo stay in
Who is very close to Busch Gardens and McDonald’s there was a lot of store nearby but they’ve gone here several years back and it changed alot. Is there a continental breakfast coffee in the room that you brew in after the Covid that was taken away?
They’re coming to request a single mom with two kids. I wanna be in the back lock. I want to be next to the office just in case something happen and they accommodated me.
