We checked out 9mims after we checked in it was horrible

It had roaches by the door as soon we turned the lights on and was very dirty the bathroom looked like ir waant cleaned and they were not rhis bad the lazt time we stayed about 4-5 months ago

The AC was very cold
No breakfast, loud neighbors, some lights didn't work

They had cockroaches it was disgusting and I'm supposed to get my money back and I'm really hoping I'm getting my money back
I order a King bed NO smoking room, and the room was filled with cigarette stench and burn marks on the comforter, so we demanded a room change and got 2 queen beds with a sofa bed couch, the room smelled good the b3dswere comfy but the sofa bed was broken (not that we planned on using it)
The place needed a bit of love and attention, walkways were dirty, laundry room needed to be cleaned and machines repaired, outside paint needed to be repainted.
