Super Cozy
Pros:

I like the big screen flat TV, comfy bed, and size of the room. The location is also convenient and much closer to where I needed to be during business hours.

Cons:

Someone from the hospitality staff I presume used my bathroom, but didn't clean or make up the bed, or empty the trash cans when I was out for the day on business.

After booking my room on booking.com, it was not available when I arrived. Room did not have all amenities listed. Floor was stained and filthy. Not worth the price. Not a pleasant experience at all
