Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

Trash in the parking lot, trash on the stairs, hair in the shower when we checked in, hair in the sheets when we went to bed, the loose faucet in the bathroom, missing glass from the mirror in the bathroom, and the total lack of room service. My wife and I were expected to share 1 roll of toilet paper and re-use our towels for 4 days; I was only able to get new towels and more toilet paper was because I demanded to the desk clerk that they be replaced.

It was not clean and the stuff will lie on you

Poor breakfast. Room appeared to be having electrical work being done, with exposed wires. All the bathroom drains seemed to clog.

My room had to be changed 3 times because in one of them the door didnt lock properly nor would it close properly creating a safety risk. The 2nd room still had used wet towels in the room and room was dirty. The 3rd one was ok they had to move me to a double bed because there were no single beds left. There were stains on the sheets that had to be replaced. Breakfast was trash and hardly anything was replenished and the coffee was lukewarm where I had to heat it in the microwave.

I was very disappointed with the stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel left a lot to be desired (nothing like the pictures). We weren't given any information about the breakfast, so we ended up eating next door. The room itself was not clean. The floors were sticky and visibly dirty, and the bathroom had mold, hair and a missing exhaust fan (hole in ceiling). The TV was also unusable as it was stuck on one channel for our stay (not user error). The hallways smelled strongly of mildew and marijuana throughout the stay. The bedding was uncomfortable and the bedding inadequate. There were only two tiny pillows that were closer to the size of throw pillows, and the blanket was so thin, that it provided very little comfort.

Need to put extra blankets in room.

The room was extremely dirty, the lock was broken and the hotel had a bad odor. We had to request new sheets and the comforters were stained.

First, the clerk on duty called me when I wasn’t even at the property yet telling me that they needed my payment because it was full to ensure that I was coming to stay. I gave them my credit card and let them charge me before I even got there where the website clearly states pay at property. Once I got there I had to wait 15 minutes and call an additional phone to locate the clerk to even check me in. I got there the room was dirty. It does not look like the pictures on the website. I was shocked to find that it had a brand name of quality Inn. The the whole building needs to be renovated. No elevators at all. Very poor quality

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. The dirt and filth were evident from the moment we entered the lobby. The entire property appeared poorly maintained and unclean, creating a terrible first impression.

Unfortunately, the condition of our room was even worse. The room had an overwhelming smell of Lysol or another strong cleaning product, which seemed to be masking odors rather than reflecting a properly cleaned space. The mirrors were badly streaked, there was pubic hair left in the shower, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. Most disturbing of all, there was human feces on the toilet.

The rest of the room was no better. There were thick accumulations of dirt in the corners and along the baseboards, and the carpets were heavily stained and looked as though they had not been vacuumed in months. The overall condition of the room was dirty, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, there was no coffee maker in the room, no coffee available in the lobby, and no breakfast provided.

The checkout process was equally disappointing. When it was time to leave, there were no employees in the building. Instead, there was a note at the front desk instructing guests to simply leave their key cards on the counter.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor upkeep, missing amenities, and absence of staff made this an extremely unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Noisy at night with cars revving engines and people yelling. Unable to obtain extra pillows. Bath towels small and thin. Breakfast was okay, but majority of items ran out fast and not replenished.

The mattress was very hard and then, the room was not properly cleaned, one of the beds smelled like pee and the sheet were not clean as well. I'm glad I brought my own. There was bugs crawling around and it has a weird smell.

Very dirty carpet and has a window unit. The air conditioner was very noisy and hardly worked. Ice machine was disgusting!!

Dirty carpet. Dirty laundry in hall ways. No shower curtain, bugs, no telephone in rooms, no elevator had to drag suitcase up 3 flights of steps. I’ll send photos. Breakfast area was gross. Spillage everywhere. I’ll stop here

The smell in the room was awful, it might have been because there was mold in the bathroom. Floors were sticky, toilet did not flush well, window blind did not work properly. Lobby is nothing like picture.
