The location easy to find, Southwest decor was nice, the staff was super nice as front desk offered a 10 dollar discount because it was a queen. Didn’t get that discount

Bed was very hard
Air conditioner rattled all night long, and would stop before room was comfortable to sleep. We had no choice but to get up early.
Very loud with no soundproofing. I could not sleep all night since I could hear everyone in their rooms, or walking down the hall. Screaming children, barking pets, arguing adults, etc.
The shower had poor water pressure with old knobs that took tweaking to work. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and I constantly felt like something was crawling on me.
I also broke out in hives and had an allergic reaction to the sheets. The AC was smelly. The breakfast options were small burritos, muffins, or cereal.
Convenient location
Very dirty room. Staff at check in was kind and helpful, however the woman at check out was so rude. There was no sign indicating where breakfast was, another customer asked where to find it and she barked 2nd floor.
I love this hotel for it's location. The value can't be beat.
I noticed more road noise this time than last time. Maybe because I turned off the a/c fan.
We had to change rooms due to TV not working. The one chair in the room had shredded arms and looked like someone had urinated on it. All furniture had been abused. The entire room needed a deep cleaning. Noise from the street was excessive.
See above.
The Libby and room were very Southwest.
My TV kept having problems
Everything.

Best economy hotel breakfast ever
Super quiet on thursday night. Great sleep.
Horribly loud on friday: Door slamming, baby screaming in the hallway, people talking, dog barking loudly all night. Felt like it had the thinnest walls and doors ever.
Didn’t get much sleep.
Lobby is pretty. Breakfast was good.
TV was nearly unwatchable. Almost all channels pixilated constantly. Carpet felt damp.
Loved this place. Comfy place, breakfast burritos were top-notch!

Bathroom needed to be cleaner
Cute overall design. Loved that there wasn’t carpet in the room. Staff was nice.
I don’t eat eggs so not many other options for breakfast. We didn’t have sink soap in our bathroom, just a weird small bottle of shampoo to use for handwashing. Beds felt a little small.
