I didn’t stay. I just paid for it and I’m really angry and want my money back.

I’m in Santa Fe for medical purposes and on a tight budget, I’ve been staying at a different motel but selected the coyote but when I arrived, there’s no way I could check in because they don’t have accessible rooms, it’s filled with drug addicts, not one window is operable, I never even went to the room. I have a cast on my left arm and could not carry my bags. The front desk girl was so rude. She would not give me a refund. I called booking and they called the front desk and we’re supposed to follow up yesterday for me to get a refund. This property should not be rated or listed as it is on your website. I really would like a refund. I’m owed money.

Cons:

The misrepresentation, the rude gal at the front desk the lack of follow up with the manager and being charged for a room I didn’t stay at or even check into.

Nice, but too far from the center and expensive to get too by cab/ car service

Pros:

Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff was over the top GOOD! And, the common areas were cute and accessible!!!

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly, staff came on the spot and fixed the issue, such great customer service. The room is dated, and the bathroom is eh, but the price, location and staff made up for it!

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been good, this time was a little different. But still the location, staff, and breakfast are always great.

Cons:

It may have been just this room, or maybe older rooms. The room was in need of some repairs and not the cleanest overall. And in this particular room the bed was pretty uncomfortable (first time I noticed that here).
