Everything was great. The breakfast burritos that they provide were amazing!
The only issues we had was that our AC unit was complete crap. It didn’t cool the room down whatsoever, no matter how much we lowered it. And the bed was a complete brick.
But I feel the bed situation is that no matter where you go for a non-pricey hotel room.
Clean, comfortable. Good value.
The room is listed as wheelchair accessible. It is VERY tight to get into the room. This could be fixed easily by removing the bench that is across from the bathroom door.
Nice, large room and comfy bed. Average location but at a better price for those driving. They have a couple of coin-op washers and dryers at one end of the building and breakfast is included.
Location is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from town,
Coyote south is our home away from home when we are in Santa Fe. The staff are amazing.The rooms are comfortable clean. The new refurbished rooms are amazing , good valued and wonderfully decorated.
The parking is very limited and close together.If we had brought our bigger truck , we would not have been able to fit.
It would be nice if there was some kind of switch or a way to turn the lights off near the bed.
Quiet room away from traffic noises
The rooms and the hotel were beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious and I really appreciated the vegetarian option.
Everything was great except for the room seemed a little damp.

Boring breakfast. Every day the same and terrible coffee.
Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were nice. Ample parking, location was decent.
Check in was frustrating and difficult. I called to alert of our arrival time in the morning and front desk assured that there would be no problem. Upon arriving front desk clerk Myriam gave us the run around about why our room was not available, we had to wait over 40min. Night shift clerk came onto shift that night was awesome and super helpful. During our stay we never got our roomed cleaned even though we asked about it. Again, Myriam gave us the run around saying they “didn’t have housekeeping” that day. Walked out of our room to find housekeeping on every floor.
The hotel room was very clean and a good size. They had a fridge but no microwave. The bed was sooooo comfortable, and the room looked fairly updated as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast burritos were great, veggie option too. :)
Shower could be updated a little but was still very nice and clean.
