Cons:

The hallway smell like smoke. Every time you open the door, it smells like smoke. The room did not smell like smoke, but it smelled musty and when I left my suitcases smelt that musty smell.

Worst ever room next to us had tv blaring all night people running halls all night
Pros:

What breakfast was nothing but cold cereal

Cons:

Room next to us tv blarring all night people running hall all night. 118.00 dollars for a run down trashy noisy place where you could not get any rest after a long trip. Would have been better to sleep in parking lot on ground. Will never use this place again needs to be closed down for good

Douglas Lake is very close and easy access to I-40
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast there, lots of food places surrounding us to choose from.

Cons:

No elevator (but it okay, he asked me if I was okay with the second floor) so all was well.

If you like nasty rooms, this one is for you.
Pros:

The bed was the only good thing. No lumps no bumps and no butt imprints. Comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was nasty. The shower had mold at the bottom and all over the shower head. The toilet paper roll behind it had never been cleaned, I don't even know what was all over that. The bathroom door had chunks of something nasty on it. The toilet handle was broken and the toilet barely flushed. I don't believe they lifted the seat to clean the toilet. There was something by the light switch on the wall looked like dried blood or poop. The hallways smelled really bad, like vomit and trash. And because they had smoking rooms you could smell the smoke throughout the building. Gross! It looked like someone scraped a dog poop boot off on the side of the door. In the bathroom. The blow dryer is also broken.
