NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. UNACCEPTABLE! No shuttle service. Website claims they have shuttle service yet hotel does not offer shuttle service. Hotel not close to anything, you have to take Ubers everywhere. Food offered on site was pathetic!

Pros:

The facility was very nicely designed and exceptionally clean, especially considering the area and the price point. It offered great value and exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The microwave was clean, but unfortunately it was not functional. I arrived at the hotel fairly late for check-in and wanted to warm up some food, but the microwave would not open and continuously displayed “LOCKED” despite several attempts to unlock it.

I called the front desk twice for assistance but received no answer. Since it was late, I eventually gave up on using the microwave and went to bed. While this was not a major issue, I do believe that for the price of the room, all appliances should be in proper working condition. Other than that, my stay was satisfactory.

had dinner way to expensive ..not alot of choice regular foods i got 3 burgers chicken fingers almost was 44.00 to much..

Easy to find, accessible to many dining options in the area and great and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast choices were wonderful. We were surprised to have a made to order breakfast option.
The weather was cool and rainy so we also ate dinner there. A number of options were available. Small plates as well as full dinners were available.

I had no problems.

Exceptional staff particularly Nathaniel who assisted me to get to the property after midnight after being with partner

Cons:

I specifically wanted a pool and a hot tub, I clicked on those options. I was very disappointed there was no hot tub, I asked the hotel staff where it was located and they told me there wasn't one and asked who I booked the room through, when I told them Booking.com, they were not surprised. I will not be using Booking.com again and have deleted the app from my phone that I had to download.
