Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and premises and interior well maintained and clean

Cons:

Noisy. People arguing in hall using foul language. Tons of kids running, yelling and slamming doors.

Overall, decent experience for the money.
Pros:

Good location. Close to everything. Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Room was on the first floor-very dark. AC made a loud banging noise when it rained outside. Small bugs were coming in underneath. Coffee maker was dirty, but the Water from the faucet was very cloudy so I didn’t use it anyway.

A few not so good things this time around. I’d say 7/10
Pros:

Close to downtown ludington. Close to food

Cons:

The milky water from the room taps , an the tv channels didn’t work for a day and a half give or take a bit of time. Otherwise I’ve it there

The receptionist was very efficient and put us in a 2 room as we were a group of 4. On first floor and close to pool. Thankyou so much.

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Big room, big eating area for breakfast, didn't feel cramped next to other guests while eating or getting food. Hot tub/pool area were pretty clean. Easy parking, nice location.

Cons:

There was a hair in our shower before using it, and it took about 5-6 minutes to get hot water in our shower.we we're on the third floor, only three rooms there.
