Nothing -
The hotel's lobby and part of the 1st floor were under major construction. We were NOT notified about this at the time of reservation. There was no single place to "check in" with the staff. There was often no hotel manager or associate in or near the lobby to speak to. There was constant construction noise during the daylight hours. When walking out of the hotel through the lobby, there was construction materials, power tools, long power cords all over the lobby and surround area. Besides a awful coffee dispenser, there were no means to purchase typical items. This was a terrible place to stay. What's worse the hotel's staff were "hiding" in back rooms and it was challenging to find one.
Staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. Room was just as advertised. I was pleased with the room itself. Plenty of clean towels and everything you would expect was provided as it should be.
They stay was pretty nice, but I was disappointed with their remodeling. The dining area was closed, so to get your breakfast you'd have had to go to the hotel across the street. Also, the gym area seemed to be closed down due to their remodeling. Both amenities were advertised.
The beds were ok, they weren’t extremely thick and high like other hotels, bathroom was clean and it was quiet.
The hotel is going through renovations. The first floor is in a shamble. No breakfast area, if I wanted breakfast, I was told I could go across the street to the Holidai Inn. Part of the parking lot is filled with construction storage containers and trash containers,
I believe our room was recently remodeld. Very clean room. The hotel was a good location to where we wanted to go. Staff friendly.
Great location
The staff wasn’t friendly and it smelled like pot on our floor
Great staff, great location. Carpet in room was a bit rough and bathroom was needing repairs
Room very pleasant and bright.
No coffee maker in room and no directory of faculty or nearby places
Location was great, right off the highway - there really needs to be a better way to exit the hotel instead of just being able to make that right hand turn. I know that is not the fault of the hotel, but it's kind of awful.
I was told the room was recently renovated...and it smelled AWFUL of paint upon arrival. Also, there were quite a few spots missed by your painters...just an FYI. There were only three pillows and they were kind of "mushy" not supportive at all. The shelves in the shower DO NOT HOLD anything on them. At all. Anything I tried to put on there fell. Also, the scent of your products is disgusting...try something hypo allergenic.
Everything
Clean rooms
Nothing
Not much to like.
Breakfast was picked clean and didn'topen until 7. The room was in need of an upgrade looking outdated and old. Not worth the $160 it cost. Would not recommend.
