EVERYTHING. Room was dirty, bathroom still had someone's old shampoo bottle. Lights didn't work. There was no bolt lock or hatch for the door. sketchy people outside just in hoodies staring at us while we unloaded our luggage at night. this wasn't even worth 100 a night. 50 would be better. DO NOT STAY HERE.

in the AM before checking... I drove up from Monterey to see the Place...Minus a slight refresh of the lobby, a total dump... Total disrepair... Should not even be open in my opinion. I was told i would get a full refund but was still billed $87 for cancelling. Bookings.com needs to screen these types much better. Not the first time I was surprised in a bad way by actual product vs what's shown on Booking.com.
Next to marina beach.

It was dirty and kept getting forced to check out. I had 3 different staff come to my room and asked if I’m checking out when me and the front desk already discussed that I will be doing a late check out.

There was no good lighting, the light switch was broken and there were stains on the bathtub and floor, chips and holes in the wall, it reeked of cigarettes, and it felt generally unsafe. vibe was weird.
