Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice room and great breakfast.
I liked having had a room on the ground floor.
Puff potato hashbrowns were cold first thing in the morning. Probably weren't cooked and just thawed.
They were going to charge for early check in!!!!

Nothing! We googled this super eight Motel to find a room. They asked us for a credit card. We gave them our credit card number but they booked us at a different location than where we were. we still booked with you guys, but at a different location. And now we’re trying to get our deposit back back and you are not returning it to us for up to five days. We have been evacuated from our homes due to fire. And we are short on funds and don’t have a lot of this stuff we need with us through no fault of our own. But to have a company like yours, withhold our funds for a minimum of five days for people that are under evacuation orders. Is just one more kick in the get when you’re down. We are seniors. We are low income. We get paid once a month and for you to take that deposit and not return it to us promptly is criminal.

Breakfast included was nothing to brag about, mediocre at best. Unless you request one, they wouldn't come to clean your room.
Room was good. Breakfast was good as well. They also had a pool my daugther was able to practice a little bit for her swim competition.
It's a bit of an older unit but still fine. There were people smoking outside the unit and in the parking lot.
Not much, I chosen this because I like to stay last time in Cochrane the hotel, but it is no even close.

Stayed for a night at the north Kelowna location. Surprisingly the rooms were clean and sheets/towels were very clean and there is no smell in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
