Felt more like an inconvenience then a guest

Not much, as clean as expected but nothing done impress.

Cons:

Was told my service dog was welcome, when I got there was told absolutely no service animals had to wait for the lady to call someone and give an extra $100 deposit, not sure if I'm gonna see that back. Asked for extra towels, had a hot tub in the room, as was told at first we had enough towels then was given 2 extra while being told ," we know how many towels you have". Paid for 3 nights but had to get our key cards reprogrammed after 2. Felt more like an inconvenience then a guest.

I left prescription sunglasses in my room . Contacted front desk ( lady) as soon as I got to the airport and she told me she would mail them. This was back in April and now it is the end of June. Still no glasses!!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY 😡😡

No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes until another guest located her. Once I did get room keys, I arrived at the room with someone cleaning it. The lock on the door didn't work and the shampoo was empty.

The location was fine and the breakfast was ok, but not being able to eat breakfast in the rooms was a bit much. The staff was great and my room was clean.

Cons:

The company that owns this location needs to put money into it to make it competitive with the ones around it. $257 for 2 nights and the entire building felt humid and smelled like weed and sewer gas. And the parking situation is terrible. We had to park either in the stacks parking lot or a surrounding hotel parking lot because they were out of parking spots. So I will definitely not be back here when there are way nicer places near it for similar pricing. This is a $50 a night place MAX.

For the amount of money we paid for two nights in a very average hotel, it was not worth the money.

When we checked in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. We couldn't get in and the front desk clerk didnt know why the door would not open. When we finally were assigned a room we could enter, the TV remote would not turn the television on, the refrigerator was not plugged in, nor was there a outlet where it could be plugged in, and the bathroom fan had a terrible squeaking noise. The bathroom light and the fan came on simultaneously, so the sound was extremely annoying.

Not good had NO WATER

The Area was nice and pleasant

We had NO WATER AND Couldn’t FLUSH THE TOILET AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK KEPT TELLING US TO WAIT IT WOULD START WORKING AND THAT WAS 2 or 3 hours later and while I was telling him about our issues others started coming down to address their concerns cause their kids had been in the pool and they had NO WATER as well I will never come him here again
