Happy Customer with a few tweaks
Pros:

Loved the location and the room design. Fresh made cookies and special infused water in the lobby.

Cons:

Tiny little garbage can. We had been hiking and trying to go through things to catch a flight home with no place to put the trash. The trash can could maybe fit 2 soda cans in it. I had a huge piece of luggage without an adequate place to open it. Even our normal sized luggage there really wasn't an adequate way to open it to get things out.

Pros:

Nice pool, breakfast was good

Cons:

Grandchild caught frenchfries on fire in microwave. Smoke really bad. We tried to air out the room but could barely open the door. Also the room had no hot water. Told management about water and got a look that said they did not believe us. Asked for a fan to help clear out smoke, no response. It took several calls and visits before they even checked the room. Said they were full and would have to stay in room with smoke and 2 small children and a husband with asthma

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were so nice. Ron especially. The breakfast was also very good.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and they have a blackout screen for the window

Cons:

It was very dirty. The rugs were disgusting, the bed sheets had weird stains on them. The counters weren’t clean. This felt like a slum hotel. The front staff acted like I was going to steal food from the breakfast room when I was looking at the room while waiting for the elevator.

La posizione ottima, ed anche la struttura è molto ben tenuta.

Cons:

Purtroppo la piscina era molto sporca, ed ho dovuto chiedere il cambio degli asciugamani perché non effettuato. Neanche la camera è stata rifatta.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Location was great… very close to the airport.

Cons:

The rooms were fine, but some of the areas seemed dated, I.e., the hallways. Music could easily be heard from rooms.
