The breakfast options weren’t a lot, but it was okay
Locatie was goed. Inrichting was goed. Ontbijt was prima (behalve koffie, die smaakte naar vanille).
We kregen een kamer toegewezen en de airco deed het niet. Kan gebeuren. Vervolgens moesten we 2x vragen om ernaar te laten kijken. Omdat we ondertussen de stad in gingen, hoorden we later of het opgelost was. Blijkbaar niet. We kregen een nieuwe kamer. Niet op dezelfde etage, maar in een heel ander blok. Dus weer alles inpakken, alle trappen op en af. Daar zit ik natuurlijk niet op te wachten. In de nieuwe kamer zaten mieren. Dus weer terug naar de receptie. Geen sorry, medeleven of compensatie. De nieuwe kamer was een stuk kleiner dan de eerste twee, maar ik had geen zin meer om weer terug te gaan. Ik vind het een teleurstellende situatie. Dat iets niet naar behoren is kan gebeuren, maar de oplossing kan het uiteindelijk tot een goed einde brengen. Ook bij het uitchecken was er nauwelijks aandacht voor ons. De man was zelfs erg nors en onvriendelijk.
Bovendien: het zwembad is beschamend klein, de koffie bij het ontbijt is niet lekker en de gym is zeer minimalistisch. Al met al een teleurstellend verblijf waar we niet naar terug zouden willen voor het bedrag dat we betaald hebben.

Clean good location
24/7 fresh brewed coffee wasn’t 24/7. Both nights I went to the lobby and coffee dispensers were not there. Staff at the front desk was not there either. When she finally did come to the desk. She seemed put off by my request for coffee.
Rooms were excellent price was excellent
We stopped by on our travels and it's nice the hotel is conveniently located off the highway. There's an Olive Garden right across the street. The parking lot was pretty well lit (mostly outfront, not sure how it was in the back of the building). The area seemed okay, but we had no issues. Comfortable beds, clean room.
The room was a bit smaller than expected, there was a sink right at the entrance, with no vanity space. The bedroom had only one night stand. The AC in the room was not turned on so the room was a bit warm when we got there. It took a bit for it to cool off. The knob that turns the shower on was leaking water causing poor pressure, you had to pull it harder to get the pressure going. Found a couple of ants in the room. But other than that the room was clean overall, the sheets and the towels.
