Seeking refund. It was not worth the amount they charged for the room.
Pros:

The staff tried to help fix the tv and brought a new tv remote. Our door was broken and the desk clerk did walk upstairs to let us in but wouldn’t reissue new keys.

Cons:

Only one towel in the bathroom. Saw a mouse. The lock on our door was broken. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The tv didn’t work until the remote was replaced. Had to walk back and forth to the front seat trying to fix our key problem and the desk clerk finally walked upstairs to let us back into the room but said he couldn’t fix the keys so we could r leave our room until checkout.

La struttura è bene o male nuova, il personale è veramente tutto gentilissimo; a disposizione anche una macchinetta per caffe.
C'è acqua calda, ghiaccio e lavatrici con asciugatrici.
Chiedete il phon alla hall se vi serve.

Cons:

Purtroppo senza essere avvisata, mi hanno dato una camera al piano interrato. C'è una finestra finta che affaccia sotto ad una grata della strada. Ci sono tanti ragni fuori dalla finestra. Nelle lenzuola c'erano delle briciole, il bagno era minuscolo (wc confinante con la porta, nessun appoggio per asciugamani o altro)
La pulizia in linea di massima non sembrava terribile, ma la camera puzzava tantissimo e soprattutto c'era solo una luce vicino alla porta d'ingresso ed il lumino sul mobile. In camera bisogna accendere il flash del cellulare. Il letto fa un rumore metallico quando ti muovi. Purtroppo è il peggiore alloggio della mia vacanza.

If you are in a tight pitch and need a clean room.
Pros:

It was really clean and the water pressure was good

Cons:

It was the staff attitude and no accountability. The mini fridge in our room was leaking and I had to make the staff come in to take a look thinking he was going to fix it Or something ! and he just looked at me and was like eh. 😑 And I had to ask him for a towel to soak up the water. And also when I had to go check out he told me that they didn't give receipts and then I had to ask him to give me an email receipt for my record and then magically I was able to get a print out of my bill of my stay. Overall I felt like even though I paid $400 for two nights for a room that only had a leaky refrigerator and a TV with YouTube and Netflix that you had to log into. And you heard every step or cough above you. Also having A weird narrow and tight parking lot, With no breakfast, no microwave only serves coffee and tea of a inn / motel and you act like I was bothering you as a customer.

For the price and to stay over night not bad.
Pros:

The price for weekend night was very good,and only about 20 minutes from downtown Boston .

Cons:

Our room was on what they called the second floor but somehow we were in the basement. Put up a couple of pictures so you could see what the view was like.

Motel in the outskirts of Boston, could be better if the room was not in the basement.
