Pros:

so the thing is everything was good other than the person who was working 27th and 28th evening time at the reception, they didnt know anything and said i am new when asked about rules and he had the same behavior on 28th 6pm. Reception staff should be more welcoming towards their stuff.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are not bad but I'm not a fan of the hardwood floors it seemed louder than it needed to be.
