the EXTRA little fee for online booking.....$2 and change charged twice on my card the last two stays....i texted last time asking for a refund and not even a reply ...........thank you for that...........not impressed with the sneeky little charge

Unfortunately a waste of money as we lost one full day/night

Cons:

The smell of our room, overall condition is not what we expected, we brought this up to front desk and no change. We checked out a full day early as we couldn’t tolerate the moth ball smell. Upon checkout they asked if we want to move rooms, was too late then. Could have been resolved upon the initial complaint about the smell
