comfortable, quiet, and nice friendly staff. parking lot felt safe too, as someone traveling with dirt.bikes in the back on my truck, cities worry me. factor in the respectable price and no gouging, id stay there again no problem.

Cons:

elevator sounded sketchy. obviously is wasnt, but had some sounds lol.

Horrible hotel!
Pros:

First experience staying in a Sparks Hotel by Hilton and was extremely disappointed. Upon checking in we were given our room key and entered room 227. We immediately noticed a very strong mildew smell. We contacted Hillary at the front desk and she moved us to a different room. Hillary was excellent and treated us well. The second room we were given was much better, cleaner and smelled great. This room was next to the elevator. We noticed at night while in bed a banging in the walls from somewhere by the elevator. We stayed two nights and sleeping was horrible!

Was quoted 50 dlr refundable deposit which had to be on a card, I am a elderly person of color and I knew this wasn't true. She stated that she'd call my room and let me know when to come to the front desk but she never did. Either advantage of the elderly, racism
