Denver is expensive, save money if you just want a place to sleep on vacation
Pros:

The room was a good size. Pretty basic. Comfortable mattress, but horrible pillows that were somehow flat but also lumpy (bring your own). Plenty of parking. Very close to main roads and freeways which was nice for traveling. We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Morrison/Red Rocks. Staff were friendly when we interacted.

Cons:

We were there 4 nights and our room was only turned over once. I had to go to the front desk after coming back to our room on Saturday after being out all day (we checked in Thursday) and nothing had been touched. I had to get our own fresh towels. Room was finally cleaned the day before we left. The AC was fairly loud, but kept the room comfortable. Their free breakfast was extremely underwhelming (cereal, toast, bagels). No fresh fruit, eggs, waffle maker, etc. But there is a Denny's you can literally walk to so that's what we did.

More than meets the eye.
Pros:

The exterior of the building seems old and the lobby was a little dirty I wasn’t expecting much. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got to my room on the 3rd floor and it was clean, modern and perfect for my stay. The breakfast was awesome to top it off. Great value and would stay again without question. 15 minutes from Morrison and Red Rocks.

Pros:

The room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was nice and coffee was good. They had good drink and snack options for purchase in the lobby. The room had a couch, it was nice to watch tv.

Cons:

Facilities were a bit older, shower was super squeaky when you stepped in tub, maybe not glued down completely. It had a faint smell like maybe it was a smoking room in the past.

Management Policy to Photocopy ID for File - Not Ok
Pros:

This is a former non Hilton property that received a facelift. The room was comfortable, the place was clean. For the price - it is a great place. HOWEVER, the management policy is to make a photocopy of the guest's ID which is kept in a paper file. This is not ok. I do not allow anyone to make a copy of my ID. They do this to prove a person stayed at the hotel in the event of damages. All other Hilton's place a hold on my card, I sign approval, and the deposit is released once they confirm I have not damaged my room. I will not stay at this property again EVER. The young woman at check out was lovely.

The knob for the shower was pulling from the wall. Hot/Cold did not work properly. Loud creaking sound- tub floor.
