Dirty apsalutly disgusting people had shaven in the hallway witch by the way wasn't air-conditioned the air conditioner in the room was so loud and it was off then took almost all night to even be reasonably cool. Even after telling the desk clerk about the hair he didn't clean it up .the whole place smelled of something that cant be described in words. And Marijuana yet its supposed to be non smoking. My wife smokes and she was to scared to go out and smoke with out me .then they charged for my ESD service animal 25$ a night and another 25$ for my wife's chuweeny 100$ for dogs and the people who were there were more disgusting than them if they had shot everywhere my boxer farted and it smelled better in the room.

Pros:

Close to the venue and the price seemed good

Cons:

Definitely no frills, but not in a cute way.

No closet , no hooks or bars in the bathroom, no place to hang wet towels. Mold in the bathroom. The corners of the room have never been vacuumed. No in room coffee maker. No markings on the shower faucet, so shower temp was a crap shoot.

The breakfast was unbelievably terrible, very little coffee, eggos box on the counter next to the toaster, a mini fridge that was empty and little else.

The entire 1st floor is permanent residents.

We will go back to the venue but not this hotel

Property was dirty, need to remodel and improve building looks. Room was dirty, sheets were not clean. Bed felt like it had bedbugs. Bathroom seem old and not clean. Price was to high for one night over $100

Pros:

Stayed in the area for a concert. It was the cheapest decent option. Beds were fine, facility was fine, just dated building.

Cons:

No breakfast. Coffee, but no creamer or sugar.
Ice machine was a hike from the room.
