Shift confusion.
Pros:

Staff was great checking me in with my last minute reservation.

Cons:

I asked if I could pay more for a late check out at 2pm and was told it would be free the night before and to call in the morning between 8/9 am.
The next morning the room phone stayed busy and was told I could have an extra 30 minutes and that was it.
Wasn't going to complain about No soap in bathroom (had shampoo and bodywash), toilet was running so had to flick the flapper down. No iron. Didnt need these things but was annoyed enough to mention it after expecting to check out at 2.

Overall was good, will be back. Surprisingly nice shower.

Location and staff were great, only issue was check in was delayed 45 minutes due to cleaning of room. But was a big deal.

Disappointed we stay at the other rodeway in town and never have an issue.

Most of the staff were rude or just walked away when you asked a question. The sheets for the second bed had stains on them , the left used bottles are shower gel for us to use. The chair had to be cleaned by us before we could sit in it.

I enjoyed my stay! The staff are absolutely amazing and kind! I didn’t feel rushed or unwelcome!

Never stayed there. Refused to give money back, said to contact you. I would be happy with a credit.
Pros:

Just as we were checking in, our granddaughter came in to say we need to go. We had a famiy emergency. I had signed in, but we were not assigned a room yet. The woman at the behind the desk said if we wanted our money back, we must connect booking.com we had to leave immediately, so we just let it go. To be clear, we were not assigned a room and we left.

Cons:

Please see what I wrote above. Bottom line we never got a room, aka, we did not stay there.

We are always concerned with safety as we come and go. We liked it for that ommmm

Over all, it suited our needs at a good price.

Cons:

We a didn't have any coffee available for our entire stay. There was also no soap or shampoo provided. Not sure if it was available if requested . The TV had a poor selection of stations. There was no network or news.
