Never stayed there. Refused to give money back, said to contact you. I would be happy with a credit.

Just as we were checking in, our granddaughter came in to say we need to go. We had a famiy emergency. I had signed in, but we were not assigned a room yet. The woman at the behind the desk said if we wanted our money back, we must connect booking.com we had to leave immediately, so we just let it go. To be clear, we were not assigned a room and we left.

Cons:

Please see what I wrote above. Bottom line we never got a room, aka, we did not stay there.

We are always concerned with safety as we come and go. We liked it for that ommmm

Over all, it suited our needs at a good price.

Cons:

We a didn't have any coffee available for our entire stay. There was also no soap or shampoo provided. Not sure if it was available if requested . The TV had a poor selection of stations. There was no network or news.

Could use more hospitality in a customer service market.
Pros:

Location is good. Room was clean.

Cons:

No one was monitoring the front desk when we arrived for almost 10 minutes. I had to walk around to find employee. Says a "No Smoking" facility but people are allowed to smoke next to the front door causing the facility to smell like an 80s bowling alley. Stairwell needs a good cleaning. Said it would sleep 5 but did not have a couch or cot available. One had to sleep on the floor.

Location was great, convenient to outlet mall, Biltmore, etc.

Cons:

The TV worked, didn't work, worked, etc. No hairdryer, requested additional pillows were told "we don't have any". Had to request clean towels and our room was never cleaned the entire stay.
