I am very disappointed with my stay at this property and want to make management aware of several issues.
1. Moldy toilet paper: The toilet paper in our room had mold on it. When I brought it to the housekeeper’s attention, she simply brought another roll, but it was not wrapped or properly sealed, which was very concerning.
2. Dirty shower: The shower was not properly cleaned and appeared dirty when we arrived.
3. Poor overall cleaning: It was obvious that areas such as behind and around the beds are not being cleaned regularly. The room did not feel thoroughly cleaned.
4. Strong smell of marijuana: Our stay was affected by the smell of weed throughout the property. This was extremely unpleasant and made me very upset with the property.
5. Housekeepers smoking cigarettes: I also observed housekeepers smoking cigarettes while pushing the cleaning cart and going in and out of guest rooms. This is very unprofessional and raises concerns about cleanliness and the environment being provided to guests.
6. Parking: Parking was horrible. There was no parking available near our room, and some vehicles were taking up two parking spaces, making the situation even worse.
7) Never made aware of the breakfast hours and where it was at during the stay

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, housekeeping practices, odor throughout the property, and parking situation. These are not the conditions I expect when paying to stay at a hotel. I would like management to address these concerns and explain what will be done to prevent these issues from happening to other guests.
We had dirty bed sheets, and towels are not clean.
The room was nice
The reception stunk of weed and the guy checking us in was so stoned it took him ages to type anything. Also a guy in the car park dance to music blaring from his car
I'm not one to usually stay a Super 8, buuuuuut heeeeey!!!! The water pressure is great. Never run out of hot water. We had an updated room. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Ac worked great. The pool area was clean. The people at the front desk were polite and helpful. Didn't see any bugs at all. Linens were clean. Room was large. Cable tv. Free breakfast.. They allow dogs. It was a decent and comfortable stay. Food places nearby.
People above had large dogs that barked and fought constantly. It sounded like we were staying in a kennel. People working on their vehicles and reving them up at odd hours. Super loud. Wish the rooms had coffee, but they do have it in the office and the breakfast room.
The room was clean and the ac worked really well. All of the staff we encountered were friendly
The guy doing mechanic work on his diesel truck next to the pool constantly starting it over and over. The smell of weed every time you walked outside

We have Booking.com so that helped on the price, but I loved the location because of all the places to eat without having to drive anywhere.
didn't eat breakfast nothing to it, coffee maker was out-of order, but they had some the office, towels were washed but not clean (need to be replace), and no Wi-Fi I had to go somewhere that had to handle business :(
