Family visit
Pros:

Kathy at the front desk is outstanding on every stay with a great greeting & smile!!! Kathy listened & got us 2 more pillows for our king size bed.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't come on the 2nd day - no new towels or cups. The TV got updated & very hard to use.

I didn't like the way the night shift guy treated me. I told him I would like another room. Because I found human hair on the pillow case. He became very angry and started cursing at me. So I immediately requested a refund. I don't know his name. He is a tall and large white man with a temper. I have no intentions of returning...

Pros:

Fridge, TV, microwave worked. Toiletries. Comfortable bed & good lighting. The front desk guy found me one more pillow that helped. Housekeeping is very pleasant. Kathy, the front desk receptionist is outstanding on every stay!!

Cons:

Only two pillows for a king bed. Dead crickets.
