Cons:

Me picaron las chinches o algo en la primer noche, me cambiaron de cuarto Pero esa noche me quedé en el lobby en la luz y el ruido y no me movieron porque no había más habitaciones y la empleada me despertaba cada rato por qué no podía dormir ahí, Pero no tuve donde dormir. Todavía tengo secuelas de las picadas y se las enseñe a todo el personal y no así escucharon. Lo único bueno es que me dieron un mejor buffet por la mala experiencia. Pero no compensa la mala noche que pasé

Didn't have breakfast as advertised
Pros:

Great room. It was almost like having 2 separate rooms the way it was divided. The 2 TVs, especially with my little one who only wants to watch cartoons was a pleasant surprise in the room as well.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. The dood almost hit the toilet. It's advertised having a breakfast which is why I chose this hotel over another one $25 cheaper because I figured we'd save more than that by not having to go out and pay for breakfast somewhere but they literally only had a juice machine and hard granola bars. I was really upset and frustrated with that because that was the key factor in choosing this hotel and it changed our schedule as we had to squeeze in time to then pack up and leave earlier to then go find somewhere to eat

It was a nice stay. I wish I didn't have to leave super early because I missed having the breakfast
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was a nice size. The only strange thing was the jacuzzi bathtub next to the bed.

Awesome big divided room for family

Cons:

The lady who checked us in Joanna was exceptionally friendly and helpful but I felt SO bothered by the rude knock on the door “reminder” of check out time. There was still an hour left.
