Cleanliness
6
Mixed cleanliness: many reviews praise clean rooms and beds, but multiple reports of hallways smelling of urine/cigarettes, corners not vacuumed, and carpets needing deep cleaning.
Service
9.5
Generally strong service: numerous comments about friendly, helpful and polite staff who handled issues promptly; isolated complaint about a manager on a phone during check-in.
Location
9
Very good location: repeatedly noted as close to restaurants and stores and convenient for walking, though a few guests found the immediate exterior/hallway areas felt sketchy at night.
Room Quality
7
Room quality is mixed: comfortable beds and generally clean rooms reported, but some rooms described as older/outdated or musty, and occasional maintenance issues (e.g., toilet needing multiple flushes).
Amenities
8.5
Strong amenities overall: popular indoor pool, hot tub and water slide when operational and a well-equipped change room; occasional problems noted (pool cold or out of service, no elevator).
Value for Money
9
High perceived value: several reviewers called it great value, preferring it over more expensive hotels for the price and facilities offered.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Food and beverage are generally praised: breakfast buffet repeatedly described as excellent/exceptional with a good selection; some guests mentioned fried items being frozen or needing reheating.
Overall Experience
6.5
Overall positive stays for many guests due to staff, pool and breakfast, but safety concerns in hallways, cleanliness lapses and occasional amenity outages lowered the overall impression for some.
