The location
Our room was advertised to have a fridge and a microwave, there was no microwave in the room. When I asked about one at the front desk the lady said she could have one by sometime the next day. Housekeeping did not come to our room for 5/6 days we were there. I said something the first day they didn’t come and was told to put the sign up that says maid service requested, did this everyday and they did not come until I complained at the front desk again. We were without hot water for an evening and part of the next morning so none of us could shower before leaving for our evening plans or the next day’s plans.
The rooms are very well renovated and have very stylish updates. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are basic but they have everything you need from a short stay hotel room; small coffee maker, microwave and TV. Rooms were very clean and the pool was clean with clear blue clean water and patio area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast was fresh and good with different varieties to choose from.
Someone had turned the TV sound too low and we couldn't figure out how to get it fixed. The staff did help us to get it fixed. The bathroom light and fan fixture started working improperly and we had to shower or use the toilet to the blinking of a strobe light. We had issues with getting hot water in the shower. Staff stated that the boiler blew a fuse and it was fixed. We shall see in the morning if we have any hot water when we get up.
The office space and plug inside for phones, laptops, and USB and usb-c were exceptional! SUPER CLEAN ROOMS! Not even a spec of dust! Loved the HUGE modern mirror with touch screen buttons to adjust lighting! I don't sleep well and I slept NINE HOURS in these beds!! The pool was sparkling clean as well! The boards games in the breakfast hall with hot breakfast was AWESOME.

The breakfast was good, but could use a little more variety. The price is very reasonable for the location.

The upgrade of the room
The dirty sheets on the bed, the unvacuumed and unswept floors. Dirty bathtub, dingy towels. I had to get clean sheets from the front desk and put the sheets on the bed MYSELF!!!! Lastly, the pillows were stained and dirty when I removed the pillow cases!! I won't be staying here again!!
