Pros:

A localização é muito boa. É possível fazer várias coisas a pé. Copan e bons restaurantes ficam pertinho do hotel.
Ficamos num quarto triplo e era confortável e com um ótimo tamanho. As camas de solteiro eram mais largas e adequadas para pessoas adultas.
Pedimos toalhas extras e travesseiros e fomos prontamente atendidas.
Havia a possibilidade de pedir tapioca e omelete no café da manhã.
O Shampoo e o condicionador disponibilizado no banheiro eram de ótima qualidade.
Tem um Teatro dentro do Hotel e a programação é boa!

Cons:

A limpeza pode melhorar! O piso do quarto estava sempre com muita, muita poeira.
Os carpetes dos corredores também pareciam bem sujos e o teto do corredor que dava acesso ao quarto estava com algumas manchas enormes de mofo e um "vazamento" que pingava de uma dessas manchas.
A luz do banheiro estava queimada e demorou 2 dias para irem trocar.
O café da manhã tinha muitos itens mas os pães, salgados e bolos não eram saborosos e não pareciam frescos.
