was meeting a group for breakfast so did not use this
the concession for eg snacks was not easy for me to use i was unable to get the items i wanted

The pool and slide were a hit with the kids. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options
Our toilet wasn't flushing so we called the main desk. We were told we'd have to wait until 11 pm for a service person to show up to fix it. At 11:15 when no service person showed up, I called the front desk and was then told that I'd have to wait ubtil morning, as everyone had gone home for the night. They sent up a plunger after I told them that we would need to switch rooms to one with a working toilet. All rooms were booked for the night so that could not be accommodated but I had to argue with the attendant and explain WHY we needed a working toilet.
Clean and comfortable. Staff was good.
Breakfast could be improved. Would be nice to see a better variety for those not into sausage and scrambled eggs. ie: Croissants, fruit salad
The hotel was super clean and staff were great and friendly. The sheets were like butter! Great night sleep! Thanks

The room was very spacious and comfortable for myself and my daughter. We had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly, and very accommodating.
The breakfast was very sparse. We ended up having to purchase food elsewhere. Also, the pool was a little on the "dirty" side. There were fruit flies all over, and the bottom of the pool could certainly use a deep clean.

Breakfast was awesome. It was the variety that I really enjoy over most other continental or breakfast included hotels.
I would love it if you had a little snack spot where you could pick up chips and pop, popcorn chocolate bars

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and pet friendly too! PuppyTuck loved sniffing around the back of the hotel on the grass with a beautiful view all around.
