Pros:

My son and grandson were there, relocating. The site is near many amenities. The staff were poor. The only staff member able to assist in any way was the manager. The breakfast often had issues with machines unable to work. The juice was off one day. The biscuits cold and hard another. The cleaning crew spent hours getting the one floor they were on done, even though there were days of only a few guests. Took dog out. He was startled by couple exiting elevator abruptly. Barked. Guest service , in front of others, informed son he could not extend stay. ( He was already leaving the next day.) Online reservations never worked.

Pros:

Close to wedding we attended

Cons:

Smelly room and air conditioning was set up to shut off when we leave room and when we can back to the room is was hot. We have to turn on manual before air conditioning will work. When we ask why, staff tell us, is set up auto that way for at 74 when no person in a room.

Pros:

Motel was right off the interstate and located near plenty of restaurants. There was also a pool and whirlpool located inside.

Cons:

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner but with such a low price and being a motel, it wasn’t that bad.

For the price, very decent.
Pros:

It was pretty clean. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Cons:

The AC unit doesn't have constant fan mode. Also the temperature of the water for the shower wasn't real hot and I had it all the way to the hot side.

We were given a smoking room, when we had booked a non smoking room. Upon checking with front desk we were told there were no ‘smoking’ rooms at the property but then there were clearly marked non smoking rooms marked at the property.

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The management was horrible. Constantly on their vell phone. We had to request fresh towels every day because room service was never provided. On the second day, which is when house keeping was supposed to be provided per stated per flyer at the front desk, never came. We called for towels and were once again told to come get them ourselves. We said that was not possible at this time. Management came to being fresh towels/washcloths and when asked if they could take the soiled towels and wash cloths from the pass two days, she declined informing us housekeeping will tomorrow. So by the time we checked out, we never had housekeeping, we had 3 days of towels and washcloths stacked in the room and just felt no customer service.
