Pros:

The staff were very nice.

Cons:

When I checked in- the staff member mentioned my room number out loud and there were several others in the lobby. (I was traveling as a single woman and the lobby had several men waiting to be checked in) The comforter on the bed was dark and clearly had stains on it. The bedskirt also has water lines on it, as if had been in a flood. The room felt moist. The window did not shut completely and could not be locked. The curtain rod was pulled out of the wall and hanging off of the drywall plug. The grab bar in the shower was pulled out, and there was a big rust stain in the fiberglass shower enclosure of about 3 inches in diameter. The grab bar was attached below the large rust hole. The bottom of the tub was stained with dirty foot prints. Although this was a non-smoking room, the smell of stale smoke lingered, mixed with marijuana.

I would stay again at this motel when im again in Souix Falls.
Pros:

The motel was safe and secure. The staff was very friendly and was actively monitoring video feed from the different floors. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking can be a little tight but not too bad.

Overall, it was really clean and staff was super friendly
Pros:

The house cleaning staff and front desk was very friendly

Cons:

The only issue I had was our toilet clogged and I got told there’s a plunger in the storage closet. Use it.
