Good clean hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Karam at the desk was very nice and helped a lot with useful information.
Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and good for access to niagara falls area. Using own car is useful.

Cons:

Breakfast choice limited and could be better.

Pros:

Kind of a shady area, lots of homeless and people living in the parking lot, hanging around back entrance.

Very friendly customer oriented service. It was a very pleasant experience. Room was clean and equipped with good furniture

Pros:

Room smelled heavily of something. Almost like a floor wax. Tub falling apart. Rotting paint.

No rugs in bathroom floor was easily soaked. No matting around hot tub to prevent rest floor being wet. When walking the room barefooted bottom feet turned black.
