Poor facility with no microwave, climb upstairs with heavy luggage, towels not replaced and no daily floor cleaning.

Cons:

First of all, climbing upstairs with heavy luggage is very inconvenient with an injured knee. On arrival receptionist told their is no Microwave in the room and can use one in the office. Most inconvenient thing in a cold weather state and never had this experience anywhere before. It ruined our plan of diet. When I checked out, I tried to emphases the inconvenience of Microwave and that time I heard there are rooms with Microwave and I should request for it. I should have heard this when I checked in. Not helpful at all.
Not enough towels replaced even requested and no daily floor cleaning at all. Poor accomodation for a week stay with a child 🙂

La facilité d'accès et la tranquillité !

Cons:

Le manque d'isolement de la porte d'accès qui faisait rentrer du froid dans la pièce. Ceci était compensé par un chauffage puissant !
