It was great for what we needed to stay there for but nothing to get excited for.
Pros:

The night (early morning) we checked in there was a really nice girl at the front desk.

It was some hour in the morning she was very pleasant, got us in and up to our room to go sleep very fast from our long traveling day.

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to pay $10 per package when I needed something delivered from amazon.

We went to breakfast one day in the hotel and the food was cool the waitress just needs to pay a little more attention to what people want and move a little quicker.

But she's probably been working there forever so she probably doesn't really care. Or that's how it seems. She was cool though.

Everything was fine

Cons:

The aircondition was set at 65, but its feels like 74, but we didn’t have time to complain about that, and the bathroom the drain of the shower was not so pretty, the shower handles where a little confused in the beginning how it works.

Pros:

La cercanía con Sawgrass Mills Outlet. Por eso lo elegimos pero solo por dos días. Pero ese tiempo es suficiente.

Cons:

Que esta lejos de las playas. Podrían considerar una movilización del hotel a una playa cercana para pasar el dia. También se debiese incluir el desayuno.

Excellent choice for comfort, location, shopping etc.
Pros:

I liked everything! Staff awesome! Beds were super comfy and pillows, it was an excellent experience! And the mall is just 3 min away by car. Super Walmart, restaurants, etc. We’ll definitely comeback.

Cons:

They fact that they don’t say anything to people who smoke right outside the entrance, despite there are plenty “Do not smoke” signs people are so uneducated and disrespectful. They should be banned from the premises.
Also, I wish they included breakfast.

Pros:

HOUSEKEEPERS STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS FROM THE ROOM! I had shopped at the outlet mall across the street and had purchased a bag from Gucci that a housekeeper stole out of my room. Notified the Manager who didn’t care and didn’t even talk to one housekeeper about it. Immediately responded he didn’t know where it would be. STAY AWAY from this hotel!
