Pros:

Pros:

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Diane and Patrick at reception. On my way to the hotel, I accidentally left my phone at a gas station and was extremely stressed. Diane and Patrick immediately stepped in to help. They took the time to call the gas station, helped me track down my phone, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to recover it.

Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Customer service like this is rare, and they truly made a difference during my stay. Thank you, Diane and Patrick, for your incredible support—I am so grateful for your help!

Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Business trip for conference
Pros:

Stayed two nights for a conference at the hotel. Parking was great, small lot on the side with a large garage in front. Rooms were slightly dated but everything worked overall with no complaints. Hotel was in a great location to the mall and retail with several restaurants near by. I liked how the locks were update for keyless entry along with the elevator.

Peyton's Place where Executive Chef Murat creates and amazing menu!
Pros:

I had dinner every night at Peyton's Place-The food is excellent and Executive Chef Murat is AMAZING! If you're looking for a great meal that's always fresh- have dinner here. I would avoid those "fast food chain restaurants" where the food sits and is never prepared the way you want it!!

I’d come back again
Pros:

The location is good and the staff was very kind. Free parking lot is a must. The value offer was good.
