Todo, simplemente el mejor.
I love the gym and the breakfast in the executive lounge. My room was very nice too and the view is unbeatable from the 25th floor. Nice terrace for sunbathing too!
Not a big fan of the wellness area. They don‘t have classic finnish sauna. Only a huge steambath that doesn‘t heat up properly. I once had a massage which was really bad but expensive
A vista do quarto, do local do café-da-manhã era maravilhosa. O happy hour incluído na estadia, além do café-da-manhã eram reconfortantes e o serviço extremamente gentil. O serviço de limpeza além de excelente, incluía a gentileza de um bilhetinho bilíngue todos os dias. O hall térreo era muito agradável e amplo, e na frente, havia uma feirinha, e logo ali o Palácio Bellas Artes e o Museu Diego Rivera fantásticos. Um comércio bastante variado e ótimos restaurantes, além de La Ciudadela — centro de artesanato — estavam acessíveis a pé.
O congestionamento e o bloqueio ao tráfico de carros na frente do hotel no meu dia de partir atrapalharam um pouco. O táxi custou um valor exorbitante, e o Uber foi ótimo, embora o padrão de carro e serviço fosse variável.

Excelente servicio en el área de desayunos y snacks. bellisima vista desde las habitaciones y del executive lounge. Alberca con agua templada y una terraza muy cómoda para disfrutar. El gimnasio muy completo y con área de vapor y jacuzzi. Altamente recomendable el upgrade a habitaciones ejecutivas. Dos restaurantes externos y uno del hoitel, donde se puede comer rico. Personal con excelente espiritu de servicio.
Good hotel near Centro Historico. Spacious rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Service is kind and corteous, they helped organise trips and were kind enough to help with a late checkout.
There are frequent events and conferences, it is clearly a business hotel.
The events meant a busy lobby and some impact in the availability of the swimming pool or other hotel facilities.
Found the food and drink at the lobby underwhelming but tried its Prime restaurant and liked it very much. Didn't have breakfast in thehotel, there is a small shopping center next door with coffee shops.
Increíble food amazing staff and the hotel is absolutely beautiful!
There was a massive stain on the side of the bed it looked like lots of blood or similar. That part was uncomfortable.
