The place was so disgusting I actually threw up! They had the audacity to charge me a 150.00 deposit

Don’t book online They will ask you to pay again & also $150 security deposit

Stay away from this place I booked on line when I came to check in they’re asking me to pay again because they haven’t received the payment from Priceline & I said no I’m not paying again also they’re asking $150 security deposit finally they refused to give me a room I’m calling Priceline now to get refund otherwise I will call my bank in the morning to cancel the payment

Remove this place from Booking.com !
Cons:

This facility is a Drug Dealer Hub, it should be removed from Booking.com entirely. Homeless with a single bag check-in, the place smells like a mental institution and everything is half way made.

Horrible did not stay
Pros:

I did not end up staying in the room they had roaches in the room none of the security doors worked on the building there where people doing drugs in the hallway so I end up sleeping in my truck I complained to them they refused to give me a refund then stole my $150 deposit and I don’t even know how the deposit was $150 when the room was nasty with roaches everywhere running in the hallway from room to room just very horrible experience then to have them steal my deposit after I did not stay in the room the staff was rude and disrespectful the hotel itself is dangerous none of there doors lock

One of the front store clerks gave a me discount for room not being ready on time

Cons:

Internet did not work the entire time told front desk they did nothing about it but told me they would look into it and never did was not the cleanest floor in hallway super uneven felt super dangerous

Cons:

These guys do not know how to make repairs. They appear to waste a lot of time and money on doing repairs the wrong way. If they hired someone to teach them about repairs and maintenance, they would have a much nicer facility for less cost.

Pros:

Great location, with numerous restaurants and gas stations right across the street. Room was overall clean and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk gentleman was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Hair dryer wasn’t working because of a faulty outlet. Got it working using a different outlet, but the dryer sparked and smoked. Asked for a replacement, but couldn’t get one due to the maintenance staff being off for the night. No telephone.
