Pros:

It was super clean , the best location , very friendly staff, front desk breakfast and off course Ketty housekeeper manager. Everything was super clean and shining.

Cons:

Everything was really great. I will always take this hotel once in Rome .

Foi nossa primeira vez em Roma e a escolha desse hotel fez toda a diferença em nossa viagem. A localização é perfeita, é no centro histórico de Roma, 15 min da Fontana, perto de restaurantes e de todo comércio. O hotel é extremante silencioso, mesmo estando no meio do movimento. O atendimento foi impecável, o rapaz do café da manhã então, nem se fala. Somos Brasileiros e arranhamos o idioma, porém, eles tornaram tudo mais fácil, nos sentimentos acolhidos, amamos o conforto localização, café da manhã, tudo tudo…

The rooms are bright and very luxurious, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the location is truly perfect you’re right in Piazza di Spagna, close to everything and within walking distance.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Attractive small Boutique hotel in a well located upmarket street. Opposite the very exclusive hotel de Russie. We had classic doubles which were the second grade of room and three nights without breakfast cost €1200. This is a high price for a small room without breakfast hence the 4/5.

On arrival we were welcomed with a nice glass of fizz which was very much appreciated.

The room was comfortable and clean. Towels and bedding of good quality and the complimentary water welcome. The mirrors on the bathroom walls were a bit much. Nobody wants to look at themselves on the loo.

The public spaces are compact and flow into the hallway and are not exactly conducive to lingering although the rooftop bar is lovely. I thought the service, snacks and views excellent I felt the cocktails were a bit lacking. The innovative combinations just not hitting the mark for me.

Staff throughout were efficient, competent and friendly from first encounter to the last. A credit to the hotel.

Muito boa estadia e excelente localização.
Pros:

Da qualidade do quarto, limpeza, serviço rapido e atencioso.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã piorado em relação a estadias anteriores.
Encontrei pessoal de recepção com muito boa vontade, mas alguns, um pouco desatentos aos pedidos de apoio.
