Pros:

The location was so convenient for my purpose to visit Progressive Field to watch baseball. It's right across the street and within walking distance of downtown! The staff was super helpful and I had a great breakfast at the hotel.

One big error, but otherwise ok.
Pros:

Clean room, mostly comfortable bed.

Cons:

Staff member wrote the incorrect room number on my keys so I couldn’t get in, had to wait over 30 minutes for help and couldn’t access my WiFi without the work around. A couple was given keys to the same room and they opened the door as I was changing. Embarrassing and huge security risk.

The price and other hidden charges. $50 deposit,$20 parking for each vehicle, $18 for breakfast. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom,there's no seating area outside,completely outdated,hot tub doesn't work,fire alarm broke and hanging from wall. Definitely NOT worth $400 a night by far

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Worst hotel experience ever. Hot tub out of order with stagnant, dirty water. Pool was cloudy, and I could not see my feet. Shampoo and soap dispensers in room were empty. When we called the front office, noone answered. Do not stay here
