Pros:

The room didn't have a smell, comfy beds, and was well kept. The staff for breakfast were really friendly.

Cons:

At check in, I wasn't told anything about parking or when check out was(even though it is posted) but the morning staff were really nice.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

We had two rooms: one wet carpet and smell, the other smelled stuffy/smoke like and no shampoo or soap in the shower dispensers. We checked in at 11pm didn't have the energy or time to complain. And very overpriced: $$600+ a room. Perhaps because of baseball game across the street.
We are generally fans of Hilton, and have been pleased with other Garden Inns.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location was good for being close to Progressive Field however that's all it was close to. Most attractions were around a 30 minute walk, which is fine if you don't have kids with you! The staff were nice. My husband enjoyed the bar.

Cons:

In my particular room the shampoo bottle was empty. The room was stocked as a King with two bath towels and three washcloths, but it was a 2 Queen room so should've had minimum 4 towels and washcloths. The pool didn't have towels available. If housekeeping service is every other day, there should be more coffee/tea provided. There were stray hairs in the bathroom not from us (as a former housekeeper that was not acceptable).

Stayed at other Hilton hotels, not sure I would come back to Cleveland.
Pros:

The location and parking were awesome. The staff was pleasant and easy to approach.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit cleaner and updating is necessary. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wasn't happy with all the add on costs. Parking, breakfast, etc. The upright chair in room was dirty , needs cleaning. Windows were fogged up and could barely see out of them.

Comfortable clean and I will stay again

We made it to town faster than expected so I went to desk just to see if we could park and walk around. Our room was ready almost 2 hours early and we were allowed to check in early.

Ein Hotel voll entsprechend der Hilton Garde Inn Standards. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Der Drucker im Businessraum hat nicht funktioniert, aber die Rezeption hat schnell und unkompliziert ausgeholfen.
Ich war eigentlich auf einer Veranstaltung im Huntington Center Downtown. Dort waren die Hotels deutlich teurer. Mit 10 - 15 zu Fuß oder ein paar Minuten im Uber war das aber leicht zu schaffen.

Cons:

Ich musste wegen einer Nachfrage bei der Reservierung über Booking.com per Mail das Hotel kontaktieren. Dabei musste ich öfters eine Erinnerung schicken, bis meine Frage beantwortet wurde. Das hat das gute Bild etwas getrübt.
