Great location
Pros:

Great location for progressive Field. Very clean and good size. Staff was accommodating and let us check in early

Cons:

No window shade! Totally unacceptable. There was only a privacy shade but nothing to block the sun or street lights. Being downtown having light blocking shades is an absolute must . Also not enough pillows for 2 people

The place is a pile of garbage. It was extremely unwelcoming to someone new to the city.
Pros:

The parking was really nice.

Cons:

Toilet didn't flush. I had to fix.
Sink sprayed water on me and the counter. I had to fix.
Used K cup left in coffee machine.
Pile of dirt and hair in the corner of the bathroom by the bathtub.
The room we stayed in faced the highway. I made that reservation a year in advance to assure we would get a nice room with a view of the Baseball stadium. It was tough to sleep because of the highway noise.
I called yesterday to request a refund for the stay.
I'm certain Ill never use Hilton or Booking. com in the future.

Good but not great
Pros:

Love the location. Love the ambiance. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed when we went to the bar and charging for breakfast isn't great when we paid $500 for one night, Seems like for that price, you would get it included. And it's not a great breakfast anyway.

Close to the ball park, easy to get around city. Wish the room would be cleaned daily, towels,empty trash, make bed, coffee

Front desk and dining experience was exceptional. Room cleanliness could have been better.
Pros:

Deidra Brown at the front desk was exceptional. We booked through booking.com which was a mistake. Booking.com gave us a confirmation but never confirmed our reservation with the hotel. Deidra Brown was so helpful in getting us a room. It was a busy weekend there so this could have been a real mess trying to get a hotel room. Note to self.....book directly with the hotel going forward.

Cons:

The room could have been a little cleaner. It was not dirty but found items left under the foot stool that would have been found and removed if the room had been cleaned properly.
