Ein gutes Hotel, dass die Erwartungen voll erfüllt hat
Pros:

Ein Hotel voll entsprechend der Hilton Garde Inn Standards. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Der Drucker im Businessraum hat nicht funktioniert, aber die Rezeption hat schnell und unkompliziert ausgeholfen.
Ich war eigentlich auf einer Veranstaltung im Huntington Center Downtown. Dort waren die Hotels deutlich teurer. Mit 10 - 15 zu Fuß oder ein paar Minuten im Uber war das aber leicht zu schaffen.

Cons:

Ich musste wegen einer Nachfrage bei der Reservierung über Booking.com per Mail das Hotel kontaktieren. Dabei musste ich öfters eine Erinnerung schicken, bis meine Frage beantwortet wurde. Das hat das gute Bild etwas getrübt.

Loved the location. We stayed during a weekday and everything was excellent.
Pros:

Location to downtown. We were able to walk to the downtown area and leave our car parked.

It was fine.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

The room seemed to be kind of dirty, like surfaces had only lightly been wiped down. The tub seemed like it doesn't get cleaned very well and had stains in it. The back of the office chair had a thick layer of dust and the air conditioner was spitting water out, meaning the filter needs to be cleaned.

Room was lovely and facing the quiet side

Locaiton was perfect as only a short stroll to Arena for concert

Friendly staff, rooms are not the best
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the next room's conversation like they were in our room. We like pet friendly hotels, but again the room's were not sound proof.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was excellent for walking to Progressive field and some nice restaurants. Parking was the best compared to other garage fees ( most other hotel parking fees are $50) and you were able to come and go as you please without having to pay all over again. The elevators can get congested after ball games because the only had 2 working ones. The 3rd may have been just for staff. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel doors were complicated to get into your room. When you use your key card it switched so fast from green to red only my husband was able to time it just right.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options and was a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

I thought it was ridiculous. You had to pay for parking and the scan code in the room. You scanned it. It said this page is unavailable but the food and the restaurant was pretty good.
