The place was clean and comfortable
There were no tooth paste and or toothbrush or mouth wash
The room was larger than necessary, meaning roomie, Breakfast was wonderful, the shower doors were a bit tricky to use and keep the water in the shower.
Was close to the airport they have the shuttle was all ok on time
We had a room that the window goes to the parking at the back wanted to open the window there was such a bad smell all the time coming from outside the is a factory for food the smell was horrible on the booking was written 150 dollars for deposit when got the place they said it changed to 250 something new and they just charged me straight away with out asking for any pin or my credit card it was very disappointing and suspicious and I didn't like that at all they also apologised for it in the reception the only reason I did stay there at the end is that I had a flight the next morning the breakfast was good we had a meal there

Very costly
I liked the shuttle and the proximity to the airport. The shuttle was easy to get and fast and friendly service. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed, good tv. I also used the fitness center which was very well equipped. I liked that complementary breakfast is included.
There was some noise from the street in the room. The breakfast was very basic and you served yourself in paper plates. Overall wasn't very impressed with the breakfast. But for New York I think this hotel is very good.
Shuttle service from and to JFK airport
Total lack of facilities. No restaurant, bar, gym, etc at a cost of over $400 for one night.
It was an extremely pricy property with very poor in house facilities.no value for money.
Spending 350 dollars for few hours with hardly any facility.
Breakfast was disappointing.
They had a security deposit of 250 dollars for that property which was wierd.
Itvcan not be recommend except for location.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle bus came quickly for pick up. The bathroom and shower was nice.
The room was musty smelling and a/c very loud. It was disappointing. Breakfast coffee not good but nice teas were available. There were a selection of options that were ok. Price of hotel was very high based on quality of room. Would not stay again.
