Pour le petit déjeuner on avait un grand souci.on a réservé chez vous pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants mais vous avez réservé que pour deux adultes et une enfant pour le petit déjeuner.pourquoi vous avez réservé que pour trois personnes.Les trois autres ont payé le petit déjeuner à notre charge,.on a payé pour les petits déjeuner pour trois personnes pour trois jours.on a payer la somme de 4440 Roupies de notre poche.
je trouvais ça c’est pas normal .L’hôtel nous a expliqué que booking.com avait réservé que 3 petit déjeuner seulement les autres 3 devait payer il ont dit.Nous sommes des clients chez vous depuis longtemps j’attendais pas ça.j’espère que vous allez nous rembourser les sommes nous avons payé pour le petit déjeuner.Merci d’avance

cool stay. perfect for a couple's stay.

we did not have breakfast. as we coukd not afford it. thw cost of food is found to be high which we could have it in restaurants outside in the city.

We did not taste the food. It would have to comment on it if we had the food, perhaps in our next visit we would like to taste the food in your restaurant,

I was very disappointed with the communication from this hotel. When I made the reservation, it clearly stated that a free airport transfer was included in the price. However, after the booking was confirmed and the payment was completed, I received a message saying that my package did not include the free airport transfer. As a result, I had to pay the hotel extra in order to receive the airport transfer that was originally advertised as included.
