Pros:

staff and food.The food was ok and had some flavor, and the reception staff were friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the room because it was cold and I couldn't regulate the temperature. I didn't like the shower because it was too small and the silicone had mold. The shower had a "broken hose". The Wi-Fi quality is very poor.The pool had a broken waterfall section and mold around it. The pool stairs, in my opinion, are without presentation. The pool attendant was not friendly at all. In fact, he even lost my room key card and had to go to reception to request one or get a new one.

Dont stay here, there are better options in basingstoke.
Pros:

The receptionist was lovely. We checked in and the room we were given was already occupied / dirty. We came back and he was extremely apologetic and resolved our issue quickly.

Cons:

First room we were provided was dirty and or occupied. The next room we were provided was extremely dated. The windows barely opened and had condensation in the lining. We thought there was a spider on the floor, but it looked like a stain of red blood. No aircon, just a fan. This hotel needs an extreme makeover, will never stay here again.
