Prijs te hoog voor veel te lage kwaliteit.
Cons:

Veel regels voor kinderen in het zwembad, bedden in kamers voelde je de veren in de matrassen. Schimmel in de douche, deurknop badkamer viel er bijna af, stop in wasbak badkamer was kapot dus water liep niet weg. Ramen waren vies van het vocht dus bepaalde ramen kon je niet naar buiten kijken. Het eten was duur voor wat je kreeg. Restaurant om de hoek op het platteland was veel beter, je kreeg meer en was stuk goedkoper. Het ontbijt was op zich goed, maar niet heel uitgebreid voor de prijs die je betaald verwacht je meer. Al met al te hoge prijs voor wat je krijgt. Wij komen hier niet weer.

I would not recommend this hotel
Pros:

Nothing went well.
Receptionist was friendly was the only plus.
The plugs in the room did not work
We changed room but it was not much better

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, the room was dirty and smelly, the bathroom needs paint, for a 4 star hotel i expected luxury like all 4 star hotels i have stayed in previuosly.

Pros:

Enjoyed the ability to be able to have breakfast in my own apartment and very near to supermarket

Cons:

Courtyard full of rubbish bins were all full. This did put me off a bit

Sehr freundliches Personal, am Empfang und im Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Extrem dreckig. Auf dem Boden lag eine Pommes und kinderbonbons von den Vorbewohnern. Die Dusche war dermaßen dreckig dass ich mich geekelt habe dort zu Duschen. Scharnbehaarung an der Toilette

Dirty room and pool area. Wouldn’t let us check in at 3pm. No apology just told to wait in the bar. Wouldn’t tell us when we could check in which ended up being about 5pm even though I had a room paid for from 3. No offer of a free drink at the bar or any form of compensation. Rude staff that clearly didn’t want to speak to you. Just kept getting told to wait.

Good hotel for a short overnight stay.
Pros:

Location is convenient and the staff extremely helpful.

Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

The room was very hot at night and the decor could do with a facelift.
The pool area was ok until another family arrived and started throwing balls about in the pool which left no room to swim.

Again the pool decor could do with updating.

With families with kids late checkouts should be considered otherwise it put pressure and stress that spoils the experience

Will not return.

As the rooms are not serviced. We had to

Get tea/coffee/ milk and soap/shampoo from reception
Re-use towels
Bedroom needed a major upgrade as Tv could not fit on cabinet it was on

Food was also poor

Necessary but disappointing

Bath/shower didn’t drain properly. Hairdryer was glowing and smelled of burning. Lamp with USB port was broken. Room tired needs updating. Staff were friendly I reported these things. Won’t stay there again

Tired and running on despairing staff

Cons:

Two electric sockets did not work one of them was very dangerous, the shower curtain was missing 2 or 3 hooks so ended up sagging , we where offered a free breakfast , now breakfast was another story,,, we entered the restraint to be greeted and it was clear from the start breakfast was going to be "interesting"
1,had to ask twice before hot water to be brought in hot flasks.
2,fried breakfast was swimming in grease of a strange nature???
3,no sausages(apparently "there's none left")we where all told.
3,eggs where slimy.
4, mushrooms?? don't ask.
Tomatoes looked like they had been drop kicked.
5,Bacon was aplenty I'm assuming the staff must like bacon rolls as there was loads of lovely cooked back bacon but as soon as breakfast was over at 9am sharp the bacon was gone.
The number of other customers complaint was embarrassing many was taking photos and video I was running late so didn't bother, but I did take photos of the dangerously plug in my room, if a child had spotted that sticking out it could have been disastrous as this room did have a child bed in along side mine.
