Pros:

Quartiere tranquillo, vicino al Pantheon e ai Jardin du Luxembourg. Metropolitana a circa 8 minuti a piedi.

Pros:

Location is nice. Room size is considered good compared to other Parisian hotels

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The room amenities (toiletries, towels, and coffee pods) were not renewed everyday and the housekeeping does not put any shampoo. I had to request them twice in my 5 day stay. Coffee pods were never renewed after the first day.
The walls are too thin .. on one of the days, someone from a neighboring room knocked on my door to ask us to reduce the noise .. I was simply talking on my phone (I didn't even have the TV on) so you should definitely believe the reviews about the walls being too thin.

The price of the hotel was too expensive for the services provided. Also, the hotel is a 4-star hotel but it doesn't provide the 4-star experience.

Lastly, the bathroom and the toilet are in separate parts of the room. The toilet is very very small. It is not designed for humans.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Excelente localização, próximo a ponto de ônibus e metrô. Descendo a rua à pé chega-se com facilidade ao Rio Sena e a Catedral de Notre Dame, além de diversos bares e restaurantes. Bem próximo ao Panteão. Bairro seguro para caminhar à noite. Hotel com reforma moderna e bem limpo. Garçonetes da cozinha eram brasileiras, o que ajudou muito. Fiquei num quarto com excelente espaço, mas no banheiro não tinha box.
