Hôtel très bien placé avec la possibilité de se garer à côté. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec du sucré et du salé, avec des produits locaux et des gâteaux faits maison.

We had 3 excellent breakfasts with lots of choice but our final breakfast didn’t have a number of basic items that had been available on previous days.

Very close to City center, staff is very nice. Free coffee, there is also vending machine in reception if need. Rooms are clean but very small.
To little space in the toilet. You cannot sit straight which decreases the comfort significantly.
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Florence Nice in October. The location was perfect for our city break: just two steps distance from tram line 2, which connects to the airport, with trams right at the doorstep should you need to travel further within the city (for instance, to the bus station for connections to Eze, Monaco, etc.). The train station is also within a short walking distance (perfect do go to Cannes, Antibes and so on), the main shopping street is right next door, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The tourist information office is located directly across from the hotel. We were able to explore the city almost entirely on foot. Our room (a superior double) wasn't large, but it was perfectly fine for our 4-night stay. The cleanliness was very good, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. If you happen to be traveling by car—though we didn't, and we don't believe it's necessary given the excellent public transport network—there is an underground parking garage right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Staff were pleasant and helpful
I booked almost 7 weeks before my travel and I specifically requested two single beds. The hotel responded quickly and accepted my request and assured me that the 2 single beds would be available. However, on arrival I was told that the single beds were not available
The location of the hotel was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. It was a short walk to the old town, promenade and train station. We saw what we wanted to in Nice but also spent a day in Antibes and another in Monaco during our stay. Both are only 25 minutes away by train and we felt we comfortably packed a lot into our long weekend. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good each morning. It set us up for the day whilst the complimentary coffee, water and pastries on offer in the lounge were also appreciated.
More wall hooks in the bathroom and bedroom would be useful. There was only one towel hook for all towels and the cupboard/wardrobe in the bedroom was positioned behind the chair and luggage rack on either side of the bed making hanging clothes awkward. Wall and door hooks would have solved this issue.
The staff were very kind and welcoming. Check-in included a green tea and they lent towels and a gave cute bag to carry it in. Great location too!
