Staff, cleanliness, location was perfect for us.
The only thing bad I can say was that there was not an elevator :( We really needed one.
Staff went above and beyond. Dealt with two front desk ladies and they were very accommodating. Went back to hotel for some items we had left in room and they directed us to a restroom to use to change out of our beach clothes for our ride home. Hallways were large and clean, as we're the rooms. Didn't smell pot as we walked around.
We didnt like the breakfast. It wasn't alot to choose from.
Customer service could have been more professional. After I told the manager the issues I was having in the room her statement was "are you sure you wanna stay here?" If other hotels were available, we would have left and went somewhere else! The manger wasn't to pleasant to deal with. As a manager you need to be more professional instead of constantly saying "I understand ". You wouldn't understand if you haven't been in other people's shoes!

Everything was great
The property was vclean. The breakfast wasn’t extravagant but it was good. All staff members were friendly.
I would have preferred that each glass door at the end of each hallway be locked with key card access only. To my knowledge, all glass doors leading to the rooms were unlocked the entire time.
Sandie was welcoming, and the checkout staff was nice
